The Port Beach Houses – Villa 1 offers open plan, tropical living, style, and luxury. Ideally located, the villa is only a short stroll from Four Mile Beach access, the marina, and the town centre of Port Douglas.

This spacious Villa features 3 bedrooms plus a media room (or 4th bedroom), and 4 bathrooms and is complete with all the latest modern conveniences to make your stay effortless and even more enjoyable. Every element of this home has been well considered – from the furnishings to the artwork, to the media.

The north-facing heated pool is fully fenced, private, sunny, and large enough to do laps.

The master bedroom is complete with a walk-in robe and an oversized en suite. The contemporary finishes continue in the en suite, which features both a full bath and shower.

All bedrooms have en suites with walk-in showers, built-in robes, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans.

Ideal for entertaining, the open plan living & dining flows seamlessly onto a covered alfresco area. High cathedral ceilings, polished concrete floors, and travertine tiles create a contemporary and inviting space.

The media room offers a second space to unwind and relax with a large TV with wifi. Depending on your group’s requirements, this room can be made into a 4th Bedroom with 2 small sofa beds suitable for children.

The gourmet kitchen features Smeg appliances, porcelain benchtops, and breakfast servery, perfect for alfresco dining on those relaxing days at home.

With the entire Villa spread over one level, this property provides the ultimate tropical getaway for all ages and is minutes from all things Port Douglas. Villa 1 is the only single-level dwelling in the complex and has secure remote-controlled undercover parking.

Beautiful property

This property was perfect as we were with two other couples. Having your own bathroom was a big plus. Walking distance to the beach and Main Street was very easy. Would stay there again

Excellent place to stay

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful when checking in when we had a couple of questions. The house is very well set out and equipment in the kitchen is all you could need. Quiet environment and close to all the amenities.

This house was spacious, modern and well presented. We felt very relaxed and at home with all the small touches. The pool was a perfect way to cool off in the heat. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom plus an extra. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us!

Great house

Set in a quiet street, approximately 1km walk from the Main Street. Lovely lounge/dining area opening onto an outdoor space near the pool. Our only comment would be that you cannot see all of the pool from this area and with small children you have to keep walking up and down the pool to see the area around the corner. It would be fine for families with older children. Very clean and well appointed with everything you need to cook. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent , comfortable accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1/11 Craven Close. Sunta was more than helpful through the booking process making outing and restaurant suggestions. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids and the property is within walking distance to the beach, marina and Main Street.
