Great 3 bedroom home with great outdoor areas for entertaining or just lazing around. Very quiet location about 12 minute walk to the Rye Front Beach and main strip of local restaurants, shops and jetty. Local Rye Hotel and RSL within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosyth Rd - the house is really well presented and was clean and had very good facilities. The owner was very responsive to all our queries - and so we recommend 30 Rosyth Rd highly.

Great Holiday Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Memories are Made @ Rye. We found the house to be spacious, very comfortable & clean. It was also close to all the Rye amenities. The kids also enjoyed the additional beach and sporting equipment. We would certainly stay here again on our next trip to Rye & happy to recommend to others.

Fantastic and homely property!

We loved our stay at "Memories are made" @ Rye! Very clean, well decorated and modern with plenty of room for the kids to play outside and deck space to relax and enjoy the surrounds. Close to the shops and front beach where we spent all day Sunday. Everything was to what was promised on the website! Thanks for our Memories Raewyn
