Luxury Country Getaway at Roaring Creek Farm on 17 acres with beautiful views, 3 miles to Leipers Fork Village & 7 Miles to downtown Franklin, Dog & Horse friendly. The ranch style home home offers peace, comfort and tranquility, with a cozy rustic interior, 1 master king bed and 1 queen-sized bed & 2 full baths, wifi and satalite TV. Take walks around the farm, hikes in the woods, enjoy farm fresh eggs and fresh vegetables when in season from the garden. In the evening, the property is a stargazing paradise, as there is no light pollution. Enjoy reading and relaxing on the front porch while watching the horses grazing.

IF YOU WANT TO BRING YOUR HORSES - WELCOME! We have private paddocks, stalls and outdoor arena available. Wonderful Trail riding close by at The Natchez Trace, Percy Warner Park & Bowie Nature Park. We offer full care service if you bring your horses with stalls and private paddocks. All horses require a negative coggins.

For your safety, outside surveillance devices around the perimeter of the house are used for security purposes.

The house was very comfortable and cozy. Very clean and lots of outdoor seating and yard for pets and children. The front porch was the best for star watching and the precious donkeys and tiny horses. Location was serene and quiet with only the sounds of nature. Close drive to downtown Franklin, Westhaven and our favorite Liepers Fork. We loved our stay there!

STAY HERE! We were looking for a place to get away from the city (Chicago) and relax. This place was beautiful! The communication with the owners was superb and the respone time was really quick. The home looks just like the pictures. The land was wonderful and the horses were beautiful to look at. The land was just as beautiful. Perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway! We absolutely loved it. Feels like you are way out in the country but it’s so close to multiple things to do in Franklin. Very clean, had everything we needed and was super comfortable. The king bed was SO comfy! We slept extremely well. We will definitely keep this place in mind for weekend trips to just get a way and relax.

LOVE staying here! This was our second time and we will be back again. The property is just beautiful. The house is well kept and perfect for a small family. Just a side note it could probably use some more frying pans and/or a griddle for cooking bigger meals. This is definitely not a negative, just a suggestion. Can't wait to be back here again!
