Whether you seek a spacious venue for a family gathering, a charming base to explore Highlands villages, markets, and wineries, a romantic spot for your vows, or an impressive location for business conferences and seminars, Dixieland offers it all. Our estate includes 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large dining area, and an open lounge with an expansive entertainer’s kitchen.

At Dixieland Estate, we offer guest bedrooms appointed with beautiful furnishings and modern accents. Each of our 8 bedrooms is decorated with an eye toward comfort and understated elegance. Our bedrooms are configured to have 6 rooms consisting of king beds, and 2 rooms consisting of two single beds. We are unable to split king beds into singles; however, extra fold-out beds can be provided for $50 a bed, per stay, with linen provided.

The large dining area, open lounge with an expansive entertainer’s kitchen, and BBQ area ensure your group has plenty of space to gather. For business meetings, seminars, or team-building events, we offer a 55-inch screen for presentations, a flip chart, and a whiteboard. A versatile games room is ideal for pre-drinks, team-building activities, or general socialising. The manicured gardens provide a charming backdrop for any event, complemented by a wide balcony perfect for afternoon drinks.

Weekend away with friends

We (15 adults) had an excellent weekend away at Dixieland. There were enough beds, bathrooms and living areas that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Great kitchen opening onto a deck, and the pool room and hot tub were lots of fun. Great location and responsive hosts. Would recommend.

Extremely spacious, comfortable home stay

Our large friends' group of young families and couples fit so comfortable here, with ample seating for dining and lounging inside and out, and space for the kids to play. We stayed for new year, so all the Christmas decorations were still up, which the kids adored. My 3yo kept telling me in delighted disbelief, "Three Santas!!" Perfect for our country getaway, to spend time together, we are planning to return on another group holiday!

This home has it all. Very comfortable beds, clean and stylish bathrooms, large comfortable living area, exceptionally equipped kitchen, including a nesspresso macine with plenty of pods provided, amazing games room. On top of all that, 2 beautiful horses, a sheep and the "dixie chicks", a dozen or so chickens. The outdoor area was amazing although it was too cold and windy to use use it. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Ist class. Well done

Weekend stay

A group of us rented Dixieland as our base for the Bowral Classic ride and as a far better alternative to multiple rooms at a hotel. Great location, catered for us (more than we needed) and was access info was clear.

Family Celebration

This is our second stay at Dixieland estate, this time for the Grandparents' 60th anniversary. Our group of 15 from three generations enjoyed the space to all gather together, enough activities for everyone of all ages, enough spacious bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all.

Dixieland is a great place to relax with family and friends

We stayed at Dixieland over this last weekend with a group of 16 to celebrate one of our friends 60th birthday. The house was really well equipped and so comfortable for a group of this size. The games room kept us all entertained on Friday night and the property was really close to Bendooley Estate where we were having lunch on Saturday. Berrima town is also within walking distance too if you enjoy a bit of exercise or want to have a look around. Would definitely stay again.

Birthday getaway with 5 families

We had an AMAZING time at Dixieland Estate over the Queen's birthday weekend at Berrima. The pictures of the property really don't do it justice - it is a well-maintained property, very clean, and super spacious which was ideal for our party of 10 adults and 10 children. The man-cave entertained everyone the entire weekend - from the retro arcade machine and pinball table to the well-stocked supply of sporting equipment, both adults and kids were never bored. The kids fed the chooks and horses (one was rather cheeky/frisky so adult supervision was appropriate). We were so comfortable that we hardly left the property over the two days. The kitchen is also furnished well and has almost everything you need in terms of appliances, crockery, cutlery, utensils, serving ware. Each bathroom had ample toiletries supplied (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion) and what a treat to have heated floors in the bathrooms too. Heating was good and sufficient linen provided so that we weren't cold at night. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group. Daniel was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We just had a small hiccup when he was uncontactable when he lost his phone and HomeAway did not send through the check-in details which meant that we were driving up to Berrima not knowing how we were going to get into the property. My suggestion would be to make sure you contact the owner a week in advance to make sure you have check-in details and not assume that HomeAway will put the message through. Thank you Daniel and family for the lovely getaway. Everyone was so pleased with the outcome.

Dixieland estate was perfect for our bridal party after our wedding at Bendooley Estate. The house accommodated everyone well and was very spacious! Everything was clean and to a great standard. We will definitely be back!

Fabulously amazing

We were a family of 8 children and 11 adults. This home was so spacious we were commenting we should of had a pedometer on and counted how many steps we did in the the space we had. The house is perfectly furnished and has absolutely everything you need. The games room is great for the men to hover on and play pool or pinball. The views are amazing and we loved waking up to the green fields surrounding the house. We packed so many jackets thinking it will be such a big cold house. It had ducted heating and floor heating in the bathrooms.the beds so comfortable and the photos on here do don't do its beauty justice. Booking and correspondence wit But Daniel was very easy, thank you Daniel for opening your family home for others to have a great time. My dad and his partner had a celebrant come in and marry my dad and his partner. It was absolutely perfect with just us 4 daughters and families. It really was the best and we all highly recommend staying here.

Great place!

Plenty of space, warm welcome and everything in order and explained. We were only 4 ppl so we had plenty of space with 8 rooms and 4 bathrooms. We had too book this place because we were going for a wedding and everything smaller was sold out, but we did not regret it.
