Modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, 2 minutes walk from the Main Street.
Where you can enjoy all the Restaurants, Bars and shopping Margaret River has to offer.
All rooms have queen beds.
There is a double lock up garage with additional off-street parking behind the Villa.
Open plan living area with TV and Bose sound system and free wifi. Outside is a BBQ, table and chairs for relaxing.
There are 2 mountain bikes and 3 body boards available for your use as well.

Beaches- some of the worlds most beautiful beaches are only a short drive away.

Surfing -many world class surf breaks are located a short distance away -let me know and I can recommend some spots depending on your skill level .

Winery/Brewery- enjoy some of the world renown local wineries and visit one of many boutique breweries in the area.

National Parks -beautiful national parks were you can enjoy walks or ride the bike trails

A great location within walking distance to all shops,cafes and eateries in main town. Communication with host was easy and the house was tidy,clean and had everything you would want for a short stay. Felt safe and secure with a lockup garage for your car. Something must be done of the musty smell of the en-suite bathroom, either a more powerful exhaust fan or a proper window,so it could be aired properly. The court yard could have been free of weeds & dead leaves. Council rubbish bins needed to be emptied. An extra blanket/ two would have been nice. It would have been good to actually good to talk to the hosts when I phoned them. On the whole, the accommodation was satisfactory.

Everything was great . The house was conveniently located ,walking distance to the centre .Having a lock up garage was very good and every thing we could have needed was available .Also being able to take our dog is always a bonus .

Lovely 3 bedroom unit, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen. Nice sunny ourdoor area with great BBQ. Just around the corner from main strett, and wealking distance to supermarket, restaurants ans shops. Hosts very quick to communicate. Highly recommend!

Nice place close to the centre of MR. The only thing that didn't work properly was TV's antenna. Maybe because of weather as it was very windy.
