About this property

Harmony Acres Homestead set on 5 acres offers the best of both worlds

The Homestead offers a sanctuary that is perfect for families and couples seeking solace and some quality time away. A haven that is surrounded by nature yet only a few minutes drive to surburbia, shops and beautiful beaches. The accommodation includes beds for 6 with three spacious bedrooms for guests two bathrooms, and guests have exclusive use of there own lounge area with their own private entry through the door leading out to the garden area. Guests lounge/kitchenette is equipped with fridge, tea, coffee making facilities and microwave, there is a flat screen TV with netflicks Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout home. Large garden area with Gazebo, BBQ and swimming pool.
The Hosts live in on site and are happy to offer guests assistance and provide a fully cooked breakfast for guests for small additional charge.
Guests can assist with collecting fresh eggs daily, meeting and feeding the other animals that live on the property. Guests can have a ride around the property in our tractor cart and enjoy feeding the horses and ponies some carrots. All linen provided at the property. Close to many local attractions and only 15 minute drive to Swan Valley and Caversham Wildlife Park.

Such a great place to stay with kids.

Loved our stay thou larger beds would be a plus the whole experience was so great, kids had so much fun playing with the animals and just being kids the owner took them for pony rides tractor and quad bike rides.

Bill was very friendly and obliging. Unfortunately because his wife was on holidays he had a huge amount of work to do on their property. The rooms were not as clean and inviting as would have expected. Even though Bill did ask numerous times "if we needed anything just ask", there should have been just the basics of staying in this sought of accommodation. Tissues, soap on tap in bathrooms' detergent in kitchen area.etc, In the fridge perhaps a little milk to start us off, Coffee, tea bags etc. This sounds as though we are complaining because he was a lovely man, and allowed our grandchilden to stay a couple of nights but the overall cleanliness and organization was not very good.

Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had a very comfortable stay and the children loved the interaction with the farm animals. We all enjoyed the tractor ride around the farm. I would stay there again and can definitely recommend Harmony Acres.

We had a great time, the kids loved all the animals and the owners Bill and Sian we very welcome and kind. There is a hot plate so if you want to eat in you can. Only half an hour from lots to do in Swan Valley
