While our cleaners delivered the keys directly to you once the service was complete, we regret that this impacted your check-in experience. Hi Lee, Thank you very much for your review. Rest assured that this has been clarified with the following guests. The building management was only strict with young people renting apartments there to held parties and thats why we are very cautious and we vet right people to stay in the property. I didnt see any issues during your stay and feel sorry that you felt this way. Hope we can change this impression if you happen to stay again in the future. Keys- most of the short term rentals are using lockboxes but we are also doing are best to get more key copies/access for our properties. Many thanks Kathryn
