The Quarry Loft is situated in The Quarry Garden, a ten acre grand garden, which is part of the Australian Open Garden Scheme. It is close to the Great Ocean Road and just 5 kilometers from Warrnambool and it's beaches.The Loft is an airy and spacious studio style apartment with separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. There is a balcony and ground floor outdoor seating area. The Loft has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Guests are welcome to explore the garden and enjoy the wonderful collection of plants and sculptures made by the owner, landscape designer, Paul Ryan.

As beautiful as ever

This is our favourite place to stay when visiting family in Warrnambool. The gardens are spectacular and the loft is gorgeous. It's always spotless, with fresh flowers and a great selection of brekkie food. We love it!

Sprintcar weekend

We were made very welcome on our arrival and had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The "Loft" was very beautiful and the garden is stunning and very tranquil. I look forward to coming back . Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

Fantastic home and gardens

Home away from home. Facilities were top notch. Breakfast goodies were very much appreciated. The gardens were wonderful. Around every nook was something spectacular to see. Close to Warrnambool but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Would definitely love to come back. Thanks Annette and Paul for a lovely stay.

Relaxing

Cozy loft in an amazing garden setting. Very comfortable with everything you would need. Quiet, peaceful surroundings. Ingredients in fridge for a full breakfast a real bonus. Everything as advertised. would highly recommend and hope to stay there again soon.

Beautiful loft in the Gardens

The Loft is in beautiful manicured gardens where you can explore. Lots of art sculptures. A peacock walks around. Home away from home. Everything u need for your stay. Comfortable bed and a breakfast in fridge for you to cook. Would stay there again.

Our second visit to this peaceful property with stunning gardens. Comfortable accomodation with everything you would need. Stunning gardens with a resident peacock who pops by to say hello. Close to local eateries. Highly recommend we will definitely return for another visit.

Great destination and lovely place. Was greeted by a friendly dog, have a beautiful (and quiet) peacock roosting on the veranda over night and had my morning coffee with a cat! Highly recommend a visit

Counting down the days to come back.

The photos of The Loft do not do it justice. The minute you walk up the stairs you feel at home. From the unique travel finds, to the bookcase full of novels, comfy linen and fridge full of breakfast goodies, Annette and Paul have thought of everything. We can not wait to return in spring to explore the gardens again.

A piece of paradise

Quirky. Quiet. Eclectic & awesome. We loved our stay at The Quarry Loft, unfortunately it was only for one night. We are already planning a return visit. You have a peaceful sanctuary while only being about 20 minutes away from the nearest amenities.

Relaxing getaway

Oasis In Allansford

Tranquility as soon as you turn into the driveway. The gardens are magnificent, find the time to explore and take in the design and artworks throughout. The Loft is country comfort at its best, clean, bright and welcoming. Ambience isn’t just a room to rent it’s a loft to live in. Be aware you will oversleep, so set your alarm. Hosts provided great communication, arrival details and follow up to ensure all is good. Thank you for a wonderful few days

A home away from home

The loft is spotless, it smells like essential oils, and you have everything you could possibly need, including a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy. All you can gear is birds chirping and the wind passing through the luscious tree branches. It was exactly what we expected: a tranquil place where we could spend time in nature and recharge.
