The groundfloor house with extra storage room for bicycles and skis is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood area of Maribor with direct private parking in front of the entrance. It is equipped with new beds and equipment, ideal for 4-6 persons. It is furnished comfortably warm with large windows, back private garden with sitting furniture. There are many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, ALPINE WORLD CUP, ZLATA LISICA-GOLDEN FOX POHORJE, ski slopes, cycling trails, restaurants, parks and wine routes nearby. OLD VINE, growing in the oldest part of Maribor, THE OLDEST GRAPEVINE ON EARTH, as certified by Guinness World Records- 3km from the house. For all the other info ask host. Ideal comfort, perfect stay after long day.
