Enjoy the ocean views from the sun decks, relax on pristine beaches and enjoy quick access to search for the wild horses that roam Carova's four-wheel-drive beaches.

The house took three days to cool down. Then unexpectedly, HVAC workers showed up and had to fix the AC units. So that was another day without AC. We didn’t find thr kitchen to be as stocked as other houses and the sheets on the beds weren’t big enough. Location, pool, hot tub was fabulous. Grassy area was awesome for the dog. Nice and friendly community.

Overall it was nice. There were little things that were not quite right but it may have been due to it being just before the season started. Little things like it wasn’t really clean (quite a bit of sand in home), pool wasn’t up and working until several days into our stay, several loose tiles on floor and there wasn’t any gas for the grill and pool heater. I think maybe it just wasn’t properly opened up and gone through prior to rental. Now the good things. Beautiful spot and location. Ample space, fun things to do inside (games) and an incredible view. There were signs of building repairs which is a good sign. Overall a nice home to stay in.

Upon arriving at this property on Saturday, August 29, 2026 we had the following problems:Internet was down-no TV access until calling them Monday. Went down again Wed.-had to call. *All fans above beds and kitchen were covered thick with black dust. Even the pull chains in Master bedroom had thick dust on them. *The 2 trash cans were at end of driveway full (missed the Saturday morning pick up). *There was dog hair all over blue sofa and dust clumps on stairs and under beds. *Vacum cleaner was full of dog hair. *The refrigerator was dirty and smelled like fish. We had to clean it and buy baking soda to place in it. **All air vents were filthy dirty with thick dust and black mold. *All cabinets in kitchen had layer of dust and grease. *Silverware drawer was dirty-we had to clean it. *Master shower had black mold in grout. *Main door on floor 2 going to pool would not lock-this was reported right away(and reported by the 2 previous renters). Handle kept falling off. We called (Mon-Fri) several times to have fixed. This is a huge liability for pool access. We were locked out several times due to handle falling off. *Dryer was broke-metal shards hanging down inside could have cut someone. Had to call-was replaced. *Two kitchen stools legs coming off-broken. *Kitchen table hard to wipe-finish is sticky. Pool clean, *most chairs cracked. *Door to beach-we had to shovel sand out daily to close and latch. Overall, house has a lot of potential, Needs a good cleaning! Not worth

Amazing location!

Property was exactly as listed. Wake up to incredible sunrise views right from the back decks. Beach was so close and because it is a private section, never crowded. House had everything we needed. Pool area was clean and had newer chairs and tables. The fenced in grassy area was so amazingly convenient for our dogs! I believe this is a newer addition and really made our stay relaxing not having to walk the dogs multiple times a day to find grassy areas to go potty! Check in process and communication with property management was super easy via the link. I would rebook this property in a heartbeat!

This is a great beach house, well equipped, with pool and hot tub, wonderful ocean views, and convenient beach access. Unfortunately, every day in the early morning hours two rental companies set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach directly in front of the house, monopolizing this part of the beach and forcing us to drag all of our beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, etc.) well past the property. We also had a couple of maintenance issues. One involved the bottom of the pool that was literally covered with sand the day that we arrived. We waited two days for the pool to be cleaned as had been promised but finally had to call for maintenance. There was also a door to the pool area that didn't open. A repair man was able to unlock the door but was unable to fix the lock, so the door remained unlocked for the week, which was a concern.
