About this property

Farmstay cabins in Western Australia, close to highway.

Ninghan Park Farm offers farm stay with two self-contained open plan accommodation cabins, sleeping up to six in each.
The property is set on 75 acres, you are welcome to take a stroll around the property.
We are unable to accommodate your fur babies however well behaved.

Each cabin has the following facilities: reverse cycle air-conditioning, kitchen equipped with microwave/ 4 burner gas hob/ pots & electric frypan.
Ensuite, queen bed, set of bunks, trundle bed and sofa bed, television, indoor / outdoor dining. We have a portable cot and high chair available at no extra charge and stunning views included. The cabins are open plan with all linen and towels supplied - just bring your favourite pillow although we supply those as well.
Fantastic views to wake up to with Jet & Bacon (our roosters) providing early morning wake up calls.
Come for an overnight stay or make us your base for local sightseeing.

Close to Geraldton and heritage listed Northampton, ideally situated halfway between Perth, Monkey Mia, Coral Bay or Exmouth.
Nearby attractions include windsurfing at Coronation Beach or fishing at Bowes River and Port Gregory. Surfing also at Bowes River.

We stayed the night, the last night of a three week camping trip, the cabin was clean, tidy & everything was spot on. I can recommend Ninghan Farm Stay as a great place for a stop over, or as a family destination.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing. Our host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, with great recommendations that made our trip even better. We especially loved feeding their animals. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we’d be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great stop over for my husband, my 3 kids (3 years and under) and myself while we traveled back to Perth. The cabin was very clean and equipped with everything you could need. Bonnie also took us out to feed the animals, which my three year old absolutely loved!

My family and I stopped off here for the night travelling from Perth to Karratha and we had the best experience. The cabin was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Our host Bonnie was very accomodating and the kids loved helping her feed the animals. The views from the cabin are beautiful and it was super relaxing. And the freshly laid eggs from the chooks for breakfast were delicious!

What a lovely place!

We really enjoyed our overnight stay here on the way home from Exmouth. We arrived just as the lambs were about to be fed, which was a bonus! The beds were comfortable and the cabin was nice and warm. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Northampton farm stay

We loved our stay. Bonnie was a very gracious host. The cabin was well equipped and perfectly sized for our faminly of 4. Its the perfect layover for those trips to and from Ningaloo : )

Fantastic little farm stay, clean cabin with all of the extras you need. We enjoyed our overnight stop on the way home from up north, there was no jssej with us running a little late and arriving after 7:30pm, Bonnie was very welcoming and we are very grateful!

A Hidden Gem

Everything was provided for a nice, comfortable stay. We stayed one night to break our trip from Carnarvon to Perth, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bonnie and John were very hospitable. They showed us their farm animals which had really cool names. We will definitely stay there again if we get a chance.

Fantastic stop over

We stopped in at Bonnies place on our way north from Perth and it was exactly what we needed. We arrived later than expected but Bonnie stayed up to welcome us and show us the cabin. Kids LOVED the personal touch of Easter eggs and us adults were so happy to have a comfy bed after a long drive. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we couldn't stay longer to check out the farm animals! Highly recommend this place and we will be back.

Bonnie is very nice and our kids are so happy when they find the chocolates. Great farm, we enjoyed the "good morning" from Henry and Pirate. Henry enjoyed our carrots! The cabin is spacious and homestyle. Bonnie is so considerate to prepare bottled water. The cabin itself is a little bit "simple" but Bonnie said they bought as it is (no impact on our stay as the spring is quite warm).

It was cozy and rustic and quite private with all that you need. Sadly the weather had been quite bad, so the grounds were very wet and muddy, so pretty much stayed inside with the heater on.
