We are a modern one bedroom private studio with quality fittings throughout.

A lovely alfresco private veranda with gas stove and hot plates, over looking large tropical gardens and pool.

The studio has a luxury modern bathroom, a kitchenette fitted with a micro wave and mini oven/ grill, fridge and all the facilities of home.

All linen & fluffy towels are supplied...
Toiletries- Toilet tissue, soap, shampoo & Conditioner, coffee, tea, sugar and milk supplied..

We Offer free Wifi & Foxtel, but mostly of all we are 100% pet friendly, with secure fencing all round!
After all it is their holiday too 🐶

Pillows and Paws has its own entrance, lush gardens, yard and pool area being your own private space.

With the truly amazing Coolum Beach/Stummers Creek, our 3.5klms off leash pet paradise just up the road & pet friendly cafe's...

Your Fur baby will love our town 🐶🐾

Whilst we are 100% pet friendly allowing your fur babies inside, under no circumstance are they allowed on the bed, or left alone inside at any time
We ask that when going out, please switch off the aircon, as it only takes 5 minutes to return to icy cold :)
Please leave all cooking facilities clean as you found them, upon checking out

A lovely spot, well equipped

We had a lovely week in Coolum Beach. A lovely big private garden for our dog to run around and a pool all to ourselves. The accommodation is well presented and very comfortable, with plenty of space for a couple and dog. Will definitely come back.

Perfect Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pillow and Paws with our dog. Great sized yard that was very secure. The accommodation was compact but tidy and suited our needs. It was close to shops and a short walk/drive to the beach. It was beautiful waking up to the bird sounds each morning.

Kerri ,myself and Louis (GR) and Leo (Lab) time, just the circuit breaker we needed from work.

Property was ideal, my dogs were in hogs heaven, the grounds were perfect and the dwelling suited us, as we only slept there. All the mod cons were there and we didn’t want for anything. We’ll be back.

Genuinely dog friendly

I stayed here with my two large dogs and we loved our stay. I travel on my own with my two dogs and we don't need to rent an entire house, so this property was perfect! It's a compact space but you have absolutely everything you could need, and there is a lovely outdoor area and backyard which was all securely fenced and safe for the dogs. Everything was impeccably clean and the garden very well maintained. The property is genuinely dog friendly, my dogs were in doggo heaven. It was only a short drive to the beach, cafes and lookouts, and the supermarket was just around the corner. The best part of the stay was undoubtedly Kim, who was a lovely, kind and caring host. She's a genuine animal lover, and it shows! Thanks Kim (and Sammy) for a fantastic holiday!

A big disappointment

First impressions count so arriving at the property was nearly enough to make us want to leave then and there. The front fence was broken, looking untidy and uninviting to guests. The unit itself is under the house; not much bigger than a small caravan. No table to eat at inside so you have to eat outside which is undercover. No effective mosquito deterrents available other than 2 rusted coil tins. An electric insect/mozzie zapper would have been good. No patio heater. No little "extras" other than one packet of biscuits in the cupboard. The cutlery drawer contents was extrememly limited; quality was poor; obviously came from the op shop. No clock, no radio, no bread knife. The garden is neat and clean and dog-proof but that's all that can be said in favour of this tiny area beneath the main house's back deck. If you use the pool, don't expect privacy as there isn't any with the rear of the house and its deck looking straight out over all areas. The only space that's yours as a guest is an area of patio under the deck and the one room unit. We booked 3 days and wished we hadn't.

Thank you for your feedback, we take all our feedback seriously. Whilst it’s your right to rate your experience, your misinterpretation of Pillows & Paws has compelled me to respond. At Pillows & Paws we pride ourselves on allot of things! Thou the two utmost being… 1. Security. Providing a safe & secure environment, being 100% Pet Friendly. I fail to see how my front fence has interfered with that! 2. Privacy. Pillows & Paws has its own separate entrance, being all of down stairs, gardens, pool etc is all your own private space. It was important to us to make a private space on both parts. Being upstairs is fitted out with shutters & blinds. Over the past 7 years, ALL our reviews reflect that. Re insect repellent.. Yes there are two old ones laying around, you failed to mention the full new tin inside the cupboard of supplies, along with the citronella candles & areoguard, in which you used, as it was left outside on the table! Re Cutlery… I am surprised a man of your standards isn’t familiar with the brand STANLEY ROGERS, full set & all matching, I can assure you they we not purchased at a opp shop! Extremely disheartening, & potentially detrimental to our success, everything we have worked so hard for.. We wish you had have turned around & gone home that day
