Magnificent location with close by beaches, National Parks, Waterfalls, HARS Aviation Museum, boat ramps, tidal Lake Illawarra and train station. Inviting for outdoor activities with bike and walking tracks, playgrounds and picnic areas.

Shellharbour is a meeting point for outdoor activities with great surf beaches, bike and walking tracks, playgrounds and great picnic areas.


The space
This spacious, private Guesthouse is modern & well presented. Enjoy the quiet tranquil place with mountain and water views. Huge veranda accessible from dining, living and bed room. Extra large shower.

Private access to guest house at garden level accessible through four small steps.

Family friendly middle sized dog lives with us on the first level of the property.

We provide a beautiful garden area for the use of our guests. This area requires maintenance to keep it up to the standard we hold for our guests. This includes watering.

Spacious group stay

Very much enjoyed our stay with Andrea’s Stayz granny flat. The living area was very spacious and catered perfectly for our girls weekend away down to the south coast. Lots of games and activities which catered for the rainy parts of the day indoors, as well as a lovely relaxing deck (undercover) and yard space. Also only a short 15 minute drive from Kiama and local beaches which we explored which topped the weekend off!

No privacy

We enjoyed our stay very much. We do have one critisism however regarding the lack of curtains or blinds on the windows. It was mentioned by a previous guest but as it was a long time ago I thought it might have been addressed. Unfortunately not. The result was that there was no privacy in the kitchen and lounge which was off putting.

Not worth the money

Clean place just no privacy from neighbours coz no curtains, wifi does not work and half of the Chanel’s on the small tv don’t work due to bad signal, should have brought my binoculars for the water views... just a bit too suburban for me with the owners living upstairs, sorry but I have to be honest here
