Magnificent brand new beachside apartment. Spectacular views to Semaphore/Largs Bay beach / jetty.
This apartment is located at Largs Bay in Adelaide, South Australia.
Accommodation consists of two spacious bedrooms each with stunning views of the beach, open plan lounge/meals area and kitchette with an expansive balcony, outdoor kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining facilities.
Fully equipped with high quality kitchen appliances, ducted R/C air conditioning, all linen provided.
The balcony provides uninterrupted views and is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine whilst watching the magical sunsets over the ocean.
Enjoy a morning or evening beach walk, a dip in the ocean, use of kayaks and the convenience of a short stroll to Jetty Rd Largs Bay or the eclectic Semaphore Village, with its array of boutiques, cafes and restaurants.
Stay for a weekend, a week (or longer with special negotiated rates).
Perfect for Couples, intimate getaways and the busy working professional, or for short/medium term executive accommodation/ relocation accommodation.
This property is not suitable for children.
As an added security measure for our guests and the property, surveillance cameras are installed at the front of the property to monitor the front gate and external entrance area.

Great winter break

Quality accommodation in a great location! For our winter break we wanted to be warm, comfortable, near the beach, with enjoyable walking/running paths at our door and be a comfortable driving distance to the wine regions - this place was perfect. Our host was so helpful in managing our booking and making sure everything went smoothly - and it did. Easy to make this recommendation.

The accomodation in front of the beach is outstanding.

Awesome location and fantastic property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely modern facilities for indoor and outdoor entertainment, and fantastic location with amazing sunsets and views located across the road from the beach ! Close to all dining venues, and close enough to the city and sightseeing venues but far enough away to enjoy intimacy and privacy. Perfect couples get away! Wonderful friendly hosts with Jennifer and David! We will certainly be back!

Well appointed, modern, stylish and a GREAT VIEW!

A two bed-roomed apartment RIGHT ON THE BEACH!. Brand new building, quiet area, well furnished. Hosts were only to happy to have us there. Short walk up or down the beach to excellent breakfast spots - short drive into the city. Can't wait for the next visit.
