The children will love the freedom to explore. All the fun of crabbing and fishing just metres from your door or venture out further by boat, with your very own boat mooring.
With the pristine “Avalon Beach” only a short stroll away, you can surf it up or take the family for a fabulous beach picnic at either “Avalon” or the calm waters of the man made children’s beach by the park. The many paths make it fantastic for walking, bike riding and scooting, whilst taking in the scenery.
Enjoy a canal side barbecue on the Alfresco or dine out at a restaurant or golf club nearby.
Choose from a great selection of DVD’s to play on the big screen and curl up for a cosy night in.

Dolphins in your backyard

My family and our friends stayed at this wonderful location for the weekend! It is very well equipped, very safe with security gate and a great community feel to the surroundings. Upon walking out to the backyard, we were very quickly greeted by a dolphin in canal behind. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful location n great stay. Will definitely come back. Communication with Property Manager could be better as we did not get confirmation of security codes until after trying to contact her a few times. Overall our mini stay was great.

Contacting me numerous times in one day was not necessary as I specifically told you I would send it that night to you, which I did. Had you not contacted me your details still would have been received at the exact same time and day which is when the details are scheduled to be sent. I am glad you enjoyed your stay.

Weekend away

It was a lovely place for a weekend with friends, however some areas of the house are in need of some love. Outside doors needs some attention as will not stay close unless locked, which is a safety hazard if children are staying. Saying this I would stay again.

All the feels of Venice

Overall would stay here again. Property is located with easy distance to the beach and amenities. Gorgeous little French cafe we walked to each morning for coffee. Lots of walking pathways for those who love the outdoor activities, cycling, walking , running. The island is very secure and you feel your away in another country with all the beautiful little villas and surrounding canals .

Highly recommended

The property was very good, beautiful scenery, was little bit like being in Venice. We were a group of 5 friends and our stay was awesome. Would highly recommended it, only an hour drive from Perth.

Sheltered Haven on the Water

Beautifully secluded in a corner pocket away from the wind but right on the water. Generous outdoor area for entertaining and relaxing with friends. Very tastefully decorated inside and lives up to expectation with all amenities you would need for a getaway weekend. Took my standup paddle board out through the canals and out to the mouth of the Dawesville Cut where I was lucky enough to enjoy a close encounter for an hour with the wild dolphins. We will definitely be back to stay again. Many thanks.

Taste of the Mediterranean

Beautiful, well equipped house in a beautiful location, giving us a taste of a Mediterranean lifestyle. Just a short 10 mins walk from the kids beach which was great hit with them, where they didn't even want to leave.
