The apartment is located on Condado Beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This area is very safe and full of tourist attractions/activities. Surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, kitesurfing, beach volleyball, beach soccer and other beach sports are common along our beach. From our apartment, you will be able to easily walk to some of the top restaurants, hotels, casinos and nightlife spots in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Condado is home to the famed La Concha Hotel, Marriott Stellaris, Conrad Hotel, Caribe Hilton, all within walking distance. In addition, there is many conveniences nearby with includes a pharmacy, a 24-hour grocery store, and a 24-hour convenience store. Currently, the exterior of the building is undergoing cosmetic renovation which would not effect your stay in any way. The pool is open and there is direct access to ocean beaches from the rear of building. There is a Full Queen Pullout Bed in the living room. THIS PROPERTY IS SUITABLE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE. ADDITIONAL GUEST 3 & 4 EACH PAY $50.00 PER NIGHT.

Great location, nice place

Close to everything, including a grocery store. Safe, very walkable neighborhood. Building quiets down in the evening. Beach at the doorstep.

Convenient location in Condado, on the beach with wonderful balcony view of water. Huge pool! Very clean apt., very comfortable & communication was excellent. Lots of extras for beachgoing, & having a parking spot was great. Will definitely be back!

Overall the apartment was nice has a decent size kitchen area open space living area and the bedroom is very cozy. The view of the ocean spectacular. Although the facade of the building is old there are repairs going on but it does not affect your stay. The building inside is very clean. Everything is walking distance especially since the building is located on Ashford Ave one of the main avenues in Condado and you can find many restaurants and stores. The other perk to this stay is the beach you just go down the elevator to the pool area and the beach is right there. The host Lou was very professional and polite and answered all my questions and concerns. I kept this location as one of my favorite stays and would stay here again.

Lovely one-bedroom apartment in Condado right on the beach

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful stay in Lou's apartment on the Condado. I was there for a week to teach a class at a local university and my husband joined me for part of the time. The apartment is lovely, clean, and well-furnished and has a balcony overlooking the beach. When we weren't out, we spent a lot of time on the beach, which is steps from the building, or the great pool area. Lou was extremely helpful. and made check in and out very easy. He had beach chairs and beach towels ready for us. There are lots of restaurants on the Condado so we often walked for dinner. But we had a car and there is a parking space. Can't say enough good things about this place. We hope to return soon.

Great location; not entirely as depicted

This condo is in a building right on the ocean front and has 24 hour security, which is great. Communication with the owner was excellent and permitted me to check in a bit early which I appreciated. The photos however need to be updated. There is a mix of old and new photos on the site for the bedroom, but luckily, the nicer photos are accurate. I wasn't sure when I booked and took a chance. The bathroom was very nicely renovated. But the door to the closet/storage area was not replaced and you see cleaning supplies etc. from the bathroom as a result. A simple accordion door is how other owners deal with this. The photos of the balcony are NOT accurate. The owner installed fish nets - actual fish nets with weights and floats - obscuring the view of the ocean. I was very displeased by this. I payed for an unobscured view of the ocean and chose this location specifically for that. And I have stayed in this building 5 times previously and NO ONE has covered the opening on the balcony with fish netting. Yes, the pigeons like to land on balconies and sometimes make a mess. You keep the doors to the unit closed, and clean up when they make a mess, like on my deck at home where I get birds, squirrels, etc. Just be aware of this when booking; I would ask for updated photos.

Apartment is everything as described. The view and sound of the waves made it perfect! Very responsive host, good building security. Neighborhood has quite a few restaurants all within walking distance, plus a grocery store nearby.

We got off to a little rough start because the power went out due to hurricane Erin. But Sunday morning, the power came back on, and the rest of the trip was really, really good. The apartment is very convenient and well stocked.!

My stay was 4 days. I arrived early before check in at 3pm. Louis allowed us to check in early which was at 12pm. The place it’s perfect for 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Sunrise and Sunset. The kitchen was clean and all the utilities needed. The free parking was the best and walking distance from to everything.

Sunrise Sunset view!

It was wonderful in Puerto Rico and our place was facing the ocean it was such a beautiful view ! The place had all the stuff to cook , beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and more it was a nice cozy place we felt like home there. The area was walking distance to restaurants, casinos, and beaches. We definitely will be back .

Property had an amazing view and the owner was super helpful and flexible with our schedule after landing late. Apartment was very clean and it a great location, with plenty to do all around. Dozens of restaurants and stores within 15 minute walking distance. Parking was easy to navigate and very useful as we got a rental to travel the island during our stay. Beach is quickly accessible out the back, with a provided key. Pool is clean and taken care of. Would recommend and will be staying again in the future!

Excellent apartment view is amazing!

Property was excellent the parking can be a little crazy. There is construction happening right now but it won't disturb you. The front entrance can be a challenge watch for traffic if your driving beware. Overall the listing was great and the host was amazing.
