This centrally located beach house is within walking distance from everything Cape Paterson has to offer, making it a great place to relax on your time away from home.

Cape Paterson is a gateway to everything that the bass coast has to offer.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area at each end of the house, it is perfect for larger groups or families to getaway and relax.

This house has heating and cooling throughout, with plenty of board games and dvds to keep the kids entertained, making it the perfect holiday house all year round.

Guest access

Guests have access to the whole house and there will only ever be one booking at a time.

Interaction with guests:

As much or as little as you need. We are only a phone call/email away for the entirety of your stay.

Other things to note:

*Please note that only doonas and pillows are provided. Please bring your own doona covers/sheets/pillow cases etc.*

Unfortunately we are no longer to able to provide towels and face towels. Please bring your own.

We will include tea towels.

Early check-in/late check-out can be arranged where possible at an additional fee, please contact us before making your booking if this is required.

Cape Paterson ‘Immersion’

Loved the house. Plenty of room for adult family, great location for the beach and walking and the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our hosts were friendly and communication was easy. We had very relaxing and happy stay.

Great place for family holiday with young children. Easy walk to surf beach.. loved my early morning walks with grandchildren on bikes. Convenient 2 living areas, toys and DVD’s for kids. Good kitchen with everything needed.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house. The house is very clean, comfortable and spacious. We contact the owners Lisa and Justin via emails always. They are very nice and friendly. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends and family.

Very happy with our stay

We had a nice time staying in Cape Paterson Scenic drive. The house is spacious with 2 living areas, plenty of games and books for kids, DVD titles for the whole family. And of course, the pool table. Everyone loved it. That helped a lot when it rained every day we were there :D. There was a hick up with the hot water when everyone wanted to have a shower at the end of the day, at the same time with cooking dinner and washing dishes. But Justin was very helpful and the communication was great. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic house with loads of room

We had a great week with 2 families in the house. The two living areas make it easy to find room for everyone to do separate activities if needed. The balcony is big enough to also hang out on. The house is set in a quiet part of cape patterson but also close to a fun park. We have been to this house twice now and are planning on returning again.

Perfect for our family getaway

This was the second time we stayed at scenic road and loved it! A very clean house with all the little extras to make our stay very comfortable. The owners were super friendly and easy to deal with. Just a short walk to the beach or the shops makes this the ideal place to stay and not use your car. Will be definitely coming back!
