About this property

The Octagon Suite at the Country Manor Inn

The Octagon Suite is actually more of a private suite than an apartment in the Country Manor Inn. It is designed for 2 adults but could accommodate one or two small children as well. It is well appointed with plenty of amenities and it overlooks our 52 acre private farm-style estate with rolling hills, grazing horses and private fishing.

This suite has a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing your own breakfast (or dinner), plus a large dining table for 6, a private bathroom, a seating area with sofa and 2 lounge chairs for visiting, reading or watching TV. There is free WiFi service, plus a private deck with picnic table, barbecue grill and a 4-person hot tub on the deck.

We provide all the dishes, pots and pans, sheets and linens, soaps and paper towels, coffee, filters, cream and sugar.

Guests have access to our private picnic area, our private fishing pond with a small boat, our hiking trails and our fire ring for roasting marshmallows in the evening.

If you fall in love with the suite and the setting, remember that we do have private elopement and destination wedding packages.

This was a great place! It was close it all the activities and the hot tub on the deck was truly a super experience. It was very relaxing to be on the deck overlooking the valley with the mountains in the background.

I have stayed at the Octagon Suite many times and feel like it's my home away from home! It's the perfect get-away, nestled in the sweet mountains of Townsend, not far from my happy place, Cades Cove. The view from the panoramic windows is unmatched and the suite has generous space. The pastures are lovely, with rolling hills and horses grazing. It's truly a dream, to wake up in the morning, open the back door and see the "Smoky Mountains". I prefer to stay here than any other place in the area!! It's beautiful and worth it, for special memory making moments!

The owners were friendly and thoughtful. We stayed in the Octagon Suite which was very clean and equipped with all the amenities of a full kitchen, dining and living room area, private bathroom and deck with a surprising hot tub. The views from our suite were spectacular. The fishing pond, horses, walking trails and wedding venue added to the peaceful surroundings. This facility is close to the Cades Cove, local restaurants and a short ride to Gatlinburg. My wife and I will definitely return in the near future and would recommend the Country Manor to all who want a warm, friendly and Smoky Mountain experience.

Quiet getaway
