A great house alternative, the home is split over two levels and features a brand new beautiful galley kitchen with stunning Caesarstone surfaces and all new appliances. This heart of the home overlooks the upstairs living area to the large deck beyond where outdoor dining can be enjoyed and morning sunshine greets your day. An internal dining area opens to a balcony on the front side of the duplex, providing it's inhabitants with another living area to enjoy.
The master bedroom is also located on the top floor and adjoins the two way bathroom. Downstairs a central living area with a smart TV is the perfect escape for the kids. Two beautiful bedrooms branch off this living area and a full size bathroom with a bathtub services this level of the home.
A pool tucked away at the rear of the property is set amongst greenery and is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a swim and listen to the birds overhead.
