Surrounded by tall trees and hidden behind an iron gate, this fairytale-esque mansion will make your holiday gathering extra special this year! Featuring 30,000 sq ft of indoor space and 10 spacious bedrooms (8 are furnished) with en suite bathrooms, this mansion is perfect for big groups & intimate gatherings. Amenities include a heated salt water pool + hot tub, a Chef’s Kitchen, a theater room, a Casablanca style bar + more! Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are all within a mile for extra convenience.

Dimora Di Lusso is a dream space for those who prefer to indulge in luxury and live for pure relaxation. Combining Mediterranean elements, Venetian details, and modern touches, the space is a perfect blend of classic and contemporary. The gated Atlanta mansion also sits on 3 acres of land and is surrounded by tall foliage, giving anyone the privacy and intimate experience they desire.

All 8 of the 10 oversized bedrooms are fully furnished with a queen- or king-size Serta bed and flatscreen TVs, and feature large, en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom are spectacular as they feature access to the large terrace overlooking the backyard, his and hers sinks + vanities, an oversized standing shower, an oversized jacuzzi tub, and a separate toilet room. The two additional bedrooms can be transformed for extra space.

The Chef’s Kitchen is an open kitchen + dining layout that features a double island concept, 8-burner Viking stove, two 36” Sub-Zero fridge & freezer combo + wine storage, and a dining table overlooking the pool area that can seat 8-10 people. There’s additional seating in the formal dining room, as well as outdoor seating on the oversized terrace that overlooks the massive backyard and pool area.

Downstairs on the basement level, you’ll find plenty to do in the game room that includes a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, darts, and a flatscreen TV perfect for watching sports or anything else. The basement also features a theater room perfect for screening movies or games, a one-of-a-kind Casablanca style bar area, and a versatile ballroom.

You can also access the large outdoor, covered patio area from the basement and cross into the large pool area that boasts an entertainer-style, heated saltwater pool, a hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen area with more seating for relaxing or laying out. There’s also a built-in speaker system throughout the house so you can enjoy your music, inside and outside!

While there’s plenty of rooms to work from as well, the mansion also features two dedicated office spaces and high-speed wifi for those who need to work from home (not encouraged for relaxation purposes, but sometimes duty calls!)

This is also the perfect space for high-profile clients looking for privacy. Any additional requests can be discussed with the property manager before or after booking.

Please note that a property manager may be onsite at all times/as needed and surveillance cameras are on property in common areas and exteriors only. No private spaces will have active cameras at any time. Additional beds are available to be added to furnish the remaining bedrooms upon request.
