OCEANFRONT VACATION LIVING! This beautiful property is a four-level home, located on prime frontage of the edge of the Pacific Ocean in coastal Oceanside, California. This beautifully decorated home, with sand-cast and shell walls, creates the illusion as you enter the home as if the inside of the home is a continuation of the ocean and that you are right at the beach oceanfront. The large glass windows facing the ocean on each level provide the most breathtaking views of the ocean.

The uniqueness of the windows is that they provide the oceanfront occupant the ability to see from every angle of the home’s rooms the total ocean and to enjoy the magnitude, and beauty of the ocean..

Many hours will be spent on the expansive oceanfront glass-railed verandas or you will find yourself simply daydreaming about the sound of the ocean waves and the breaking of the surf.

As you dine in the living room, or watch TV in the living room or den, or are cooking up a beautiful meal you can always have spectacular views of the ocean.

On a beautiful day, which is most of the days in sunny Oceanside, you can see the San Clemente Islands and sometimes the Catalina Islands too on the horizon. The multi-colored sunsets, which are seen daily, make your heart melt. You find yourself making special wishes that you know and feel will come true.

This home will bring you to a total relaxed state and make you realize that this villa/home is a “true sanctuary” from the outside world where you can leave all your worries behind and enjoy a pleasurable filled time.

Great Oceanfront Location

The house is very large with amazing direct Ocean views. There are many places to rest and enjoy the space and the outdoors. The decor is unusual and has a lot of interesting details. We had a very peaceful stay and enjoyed our time at Villa MiraMar.

Spectacular Views

We stayed for 4 nights during the Christmas holiday and it was fantastic! The views from every floor are incredible and the primary bedroom offers complete relaxation. The bathtub in the primary bathroom had great jets too! The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing missing was a mandolin. The beds were comfortable and the pool table provided for great indoor fun. The water is steps away and there is a great outdoor fire pit with seating nearby. I’d definitely stay here again with a family of 5.

Amazing Views

I couldn’t be happier with the beach house. My family and I had a lot of fun, and the best part was that we didn’t have to have Alexa play ocean waves to fall asleep because we had the real thing. We would most definitely come back.

Lovely beachfront home!

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful home in Oceanside and were so pleased that we chose this property! Loved the floor design with each level having a different vibe. The furniture was comfortable including beds and couches. Lots of room at every level (both indoor and patio) for our family of 5 to sit and relax. This house is fully stocked with state of the art appliances, bath and beach towels, linens, as well as a wide assortment of kitchen items. No need to bring anything from home. The property manager was helpful and readily available if we had any questions. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway! We hope to return again next year!

Incredible Experience!

Walking into the home instantly takes your breath away! The views! There is so much charm, unique design, and beauty both inside and on the property. We loved being able to enjoy the ocean right on the property, both day and night! Falling asleep to the rolling ocean waves was so peaceful! This home is also the most well stocked VRBO we have stayed in. The owners and management group are amazing! Their level of care and desire to create an experience for their guests is amazing, and so much appreciated! You will be glad you said yes to this home, it is breathtaking!!

Great place, just as pictured and described.

We had a really nice time staying here. The place is very spacious and has everything you would need and more. The decor is quite....interesting, in a fun sort of way. It's clearly someone's home (or second home) so it feels more lived-in than some place that is only used as a rental. For us this made it feel more cozy, maybe others might not like this. Its great to sit and watch the waves in the morning on the balcony or from the outdoor furniture. Everything was clean and worked well. No major complaints. Definitely would recommend and might be back ourselves someday.

This beach home is loaded with amenities, from hosting a gourmet dinner to a bbq on the patio. Location is great, home is secure and the beach is your backyard. We had a wonderful girls weekend!

Nice home away from home

Enjoyed the nice quiet area had our own area for swimming and walks along the beach,was not crowded, the home had every occasion covered sunbathing, small get together area for grilling and areas to eat, enjoyed all areas for relaxing and watching the sunsets!

Great place for the family!

We wanted a beach house big enough for our family and literally on the beach...this house did not disappoint. There were 14 of us - our family of seven, five nieces and my parents - and we never felt crowded. Everyone had a blast and we had everything we needed at the house. My only complaint was that the drain to the outside shower was clogged and with ten kids going in out and the house from the ocean, it left a constant puddle of water.

Amazing property, tons of room and character

This place is such a unique home with the perfect decor for a beachfront home. Tons of character on every floor. We had my wife’s 50th birthday party and the weather was cold and rainy that day - we gathered on the main floor and had a ton of fun. The floor to ceiling windows let us see the fabulous Ocean View from every angle. The location is so close to amazing restaurants and local shops. It was a place we will be sure to return to. Marie was so helpful as well and very kind to all of us.

Beautiful home, unbelievable beach views

Spent 3 nights for Thanksgiving with the family. This house has such amazing windows directly on the beach! With so many inside and outside places to watch the surf, the sunsets and the surfers. Everyone in the family had so much fun! Carlos and Marie were so helpful and accommodating! We are all looking forward to coming back again! The details of the walls, lighting and some of the fixtures are so exquisite. A definite if your not looking for your average place to stay.

Our family loves this home!

This home has a super location on the beach, just the right spot, not too close to the public access. Favorite place in the House was the view from the master bedroom and balcony, just gorgeous! Our family enjoyed all the outside spaces and agreed that the owners hit a home run with the design of the patios and balconies! The kitchen was extremely well stocked including little things like spices and oils. Kids loved the pool table. I really enjoyed and appreciated Marie, she is so much fun and was very gracious to our family. We hope to stay here again soon! The Ashley family Riverside,CA

Perfect beach house right on the waves!

We had a wonderful weekend here. Four couples with kids, and plenty of space. Surf right outside the door, firepits, bars on every floor. This house was built for entertaining, and walking distance Very eclectic, one-of-a-kind interior design. Picture windows on every floor. Lots of decorative touches set the ambiance. You should take care if you have small children as there are lots of floors with balconies and windows, and since there isn't AC the temperature control requires the windows/doors to be open. We'll be back!

Very Relaxing stay on the beach

I loved everything about this house, and I have stayed here twice. The people were really easy to work with. I worked with both Marie, and Dave. We stay in Oceanside for Superbowl every year, and invite our friends over. The house has a great location being right on the water, and when the tide goes down, you have your own beach enterance. One of the otherthings about this house is they definately spent some money on the decor, and unlike most houses of this grand stature, they didn't skimp anywhere. When you go throughout the house, and you see and use various items, you don't feel like corners were cut to save a buck. I don't want to spoil any surprises about the house, but just pay attention to the details there is something to see everywhere. Also, it is a very comfortable, and welcoming home. It feels homey. I've stayed in a few places where it doesn't feel like it's easy to settle in, but here you can. We just unpack our stuff and get settled in pretty quickly. I loved waking up to the ocean just outside the windows, the beautiful sunsets. This is my favourite house in Oceanside. I would have to say though, the only thing to make this house even better, is if they had a hot tub.

Beautiful place

The location and house amazingly beautiful. Discribed by a visitor as something out of a novel. Unfortunately they have a water leakage problem that is very clear has happened previously beacause of the patch work in the kitchen. We were not compensated for the hours of drying out the kitchen and laundry the two floors below the master bath. We were told the jets were not working but you could use the tub as a tub. We went down stairs in the night to find a kitchen full of water. Spent hours drying it for our wedding the following day. The only things the care taker said was "oh sorry". I also found the same communication problems as others reported on other websites. It took multiple calls to get anything out of care taker. On a good note they returned out deposit very quickly.

Having stayed in a half a dozen homes on the strand and countless others in the desert this home stands head and shoulders above any of them for the Ultimate in luxurious vacation experiences. Whether you are a family looking for a fabulous beach retreat with a secluded romantic master or want to get a group together for entertaining this home is ideal. Completely stocked with everything you could possibly need, expertly maintained, state of the art electronics and multiple living areas make for the ultimate just bring a suitcase and enjoy retreat. Definitely 5 Stars and will not disappoint.
