Hillcrest House is a wonderful gem in the Hunter. Set in an elevated location in the heart of Pokolbin's Wine Country, Hillcrest House is only moments to the major concert venues, many exquisite world class restaurants, wineries, spas and golf courses. This picturesque property sits on 14 charming acres and enjoys delightful views of the Brokenback and Watagan ranges. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodation for up to 7 guests, relax and enjoy this property in all seasons.

Tastefully decorated with wooden parquetry flooring throughout, a roaring combustion fire, elegant dining room and modern kitchen, you'll feel right at home when you stretch out on the generous lounge with a magazine or laze the afternoon away with a delicious cheese platter over a good catch up with friends.

For the warmer months, Hillcrest House has a sparkling in-ground pool with views of the rolling hills beyond, a generous covered outdoor entertaining area. Pick some fresh herbs from the garden and cook up a bbq for you and your friends or simply enjoy sipping glass of fine Hunter wine whilst watching the Hunter sunsets. To ensure your comfort the property features three rooms (Lounge, Bed 1 and Bed 2) that are fully air-conditioned, and fans are installed throughout.

With two wonderful cellar doors, concert pick up at the front gate, and bike hire all within walking distance of Hillcrest House, your activities and wine tasting are only moments away. Hillcrest is the perfect choice for your next stay in the Hunter.

Please note, Hillcrest House has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property.  Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.

Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 6 guests from $570 per night (Monday-Thursday)
Extra adult guests are charged at $106 per person per night. 
Children under 13 are charge $64 per child per night. 
Infants under 2 are free. 

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $800.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES 
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
