3's a Charm - Relax after wine touring, sightseeing & shopping

Tucked away at the edge of downtown near the water, Trinity Lane Carriage House overlooks the Seneca River and Trinity Chapel.

Don't let the rustic entrance fool you, comfort awaits at the top of the stairs in the spacious loft.(This is an old carriage house, with the original stairs. Eight steps to a landing and eight more steps to the door.)

Walk to dinner and enjoy a leisurely stroll back to relax on the porch.

Take a morning stroll along the river with your cup of coffee. Or, pick up a cup downtown or Cafe IXX(across the river). You'll need to drive for Dunkin Donuts, 3/4 mile.

Watch the sun rise from the porch or dining table.

Whether a personal retreat, gals/guys weekend, couple's get-a-way or family vacation, a GREAT PLACE TO LAND after a day of fun.

Loved the charm of the place. The beams, the hay door, the neighborhood. Clean and very well appointed in the kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The historically accurate sized wooden staircase, created a bit of a challenge for me with my wife's modern large suitcase filled to its max. We greatly enjoyed our stay

We love the location, only one block from the main street of Seneca Falls and one block from the river.The property itself is very good in all respects, if a bit quirky in minor ways. The owners know that the toilet needs to be updated, even though it performs ok. There is no dishwasher, but doing dishes by hand for only two people is not a hardship at all.

Always a favorite!

The Carriage House is a favorite of ours to stay in, we've been here many times! The location downtown and near the canal is great for walks and shopping. And, many other attractions are so close by. Super clean and comfortable!

It is a charm!

In the heart of Seneca Falls, easy to get to all of the activities in the area. The place was well stocked with everything I needed, from coffee and filters to spices. I will certainly be returning!

Cozy awesomeness!

This loft apartment was the perfect location for my stay to see family. It was close to those I came to see and gave me the space I needed to recharge and relax. It was close to everything, so comfortable and super convenient! I’m excited that I found this place and hope to be able to rent it every time we visit Seneca Falls!!

3 Trinity Lane

We had the best seats in town for the 4th of July Fireworks! Centrally located in Seneca Falls, you can walk or drive to local stores and restaurants, take a wine tour, or just relax in comfort at home. Great for two or three people, the home came with all we needed - coffee, creamer, cleaning products, everything we needed for a long weekend. Lots of wineries and restaurants nearby!

Charming Spot in Historic Seneca Falls

Selected this spot because it is close to the main street in Seneca Falls. This provided easy walking to all locations including the It's a Wonderful Life Museum, the Women's Hall of Fame, and the It's a Wonderful Life Bridge. The apartment is spacious and warm. Kitchen is well-equipped. Lovely view from the windows. Definitely will return!

A fairytale weekend!

My husband and I felt instantly at home when we stepped inside this beautiful loft apartment. It’s so close to everything we wanted to visit: a few minutes walk to the museums, visitor center, restaurants & shops, landmarks, and a short drive to some fantastic wineries, Muranda cheese company (for cheese tastings!), Montezuma wildlife refuge, the Amish supermarket…We didn’t want to leave after a magical weekend in this charming and quirky little town! Irene, the owner, is very kind, generous, and responsive. She does a wonderful job making this place comfortable (and clean)! We can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay but left two chargers behind. The host is trying to send them to us but doesn't know our address. Could you help us. She called us, since VRBO wouldn’t let us call her. She kindly sent us the chargers. The host turned out to be splendid.

We loved the location and the place. We loved all the space in the kitchen. Quite neighborhood. There was a steepish set of stairs that went up to the apartment. We had no problem with them but they could be difficult for some. Lots of towels, toilet paper, etc for use. We would totally rent this spot again.

Great location and nice property!

We spent 4 days visiting wineries along the east side of Cayuga Lake and west side of Seneca Lake. This was a great location for us. Easy wine storage off the patio for all our purchases (just a few steps up!), relaxing living space, walkable area to get to coffee and restaurants, and in a safe location. The home was well stocked and comfortable. Great host! I had a chance to meet her and chat a few minutes. We will consider booking this property again for future wine tripping weekends!

Nice 3 night stay

Very nice, clean, and comfortable - especially the spacious kitchen and living room area. Located close and within walking distance to the restaurants and activities within town. Property manager contacted us once we arrived to ensure we were comfortable and whether we needed any assistance. If given the need, we would stay in 3's A Charm again -

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for our five day stay in the Finger Lakes region. We were able to easily drive to wineries and restaurants on both Lake Cayuga and Lake Seneca. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. It was so well-appointed with everything we needed. Irene is extremely easy to contact and very helpful and accommodating.
