A unique place to stay in Hobart

A beautiful design masterpiece with everything you need for an extended stay in Hobart. Check-in is easy, Eve is easy to deal with, and the location is amazing. Great care has been taken to ensure this is a higher-end/premium listing and it shows.

Unique beautiful space

This is an older stone house that has been magnificent to the renovated. It sits on a hill with some abuse of the city is extremely comfortable. We had a great time in Hobart but I think the house was the highlight of the tripThe host was extremely attentive and the houses amenities are flawless

Magnificent!

I reviewed Blue Magnolia earlier in February and nothing changed for this last visit. Everything is very clean. The kitchen is well appointed with tools to cook with. The linens are very comfortable. But I wanted to comment this time on parking. On this visit I had a rental car. There is only two hour parking in front of the property from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, much to Eve's chagrin. So if you park during the day you should move your car every 2 hours, as I did see parking tickets on windshields and a parking enforcement officer (albeit closer to downtown).But this property is worth it. It is very comfortable, very clean, well appointed, and close to downtown. You won't regret staying here.

Outstanding property!

I loved staying here. It seems as if it was designed by an architect. When you get the address, look up the walkway to the dark brown building in the rear.When you enter into the large hallway, to the right is a powder room and the (fully equipped) kitchen. To the left of the hallway is two living room spaces; the first with the fireplace and the second with the TV. Then there is the stairwell to upstairs (with a sky light). At the top of the stairs are the closets and dressing area, beyond that is the bed, and then the bathroom with a skylight over the entire space, from the spa tub to the shower.I was there for very high temperatures in February and it was too hot to leave toiletries in the bathroom during the day.Fortunately there is a fine which provided a welcome relief every night.I loved it here, as it had everything to make my stay in Hobart most comfortable.
