Welcome to Good Vibes, a 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms 1,116 sqft spacious beachfront condo that comfortably accommodates up to 5 people max.
ID Verification is required. You will need to send a copy of your ID to the host of this property upon booking.
Check-in time is strictly after 4 PM
Check-out time is strictly by 11 AM
This beachfront condo is located at the luxurious The Dawn Condominiums, right across the beach, near grocery stores, just minutes away from restaurants and attractions, and is on the 3rd (top) floor (note: no elevators) with amazing ocean views. This is a gated condominium located right on SeawallBlvd and 69th street.
There are 2 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and a fitness room available for our guests in the common areas of the condominium.
Max occupancy: 5 People. No more than 5 people at anytime. Max Occupancy is strict and verified upon check in. Violations will result in reservation being cancelled immediately with no refunds.
ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED at any time. The owners have severe allergies. Violations of the No-Animal and/or No-Smoking will be subject to immediate cancellation of the reservation plus a $500 fine for each of these violations.
Condo Layout:
Master Bedroom: king bed with ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: queen bed.
Second bathroom is across from the second bedroom.
Living room: sofa (to be used as a sofa only, not as a sofabed) and chairs.
Note there is queen memory foam folding mattress and folding frame available (inside closet) that can be set up in living room or bedroom.
Dining room - dining table comfortably fits 5 people.
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Spacious balcony with bar chairs and bar tables.
A starter-kit of essentials such as a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towel, dishsoap is provided. Guests staying multiple nights should consider bringing additional supplies or buying it during their stay as needed. There is a Walmart within walking distance.
Important HOA Rule: $40 parking fee per vehicle is mandatory (up to 2 vehicles) for up to 3 nigh stays. For longer stays, parking is $50 per vehicle. The renter must pay this fee at the lobby upon arrival to obtain parking permit that is good for the entire stay! Note this fee is not per day, it’s for the entire stay! If arriving afterhours, you can get your parking permit the next morning.
Only regular vehicles, motorcycle, and regular trucks are allowed. Trailers and RVs are not allowed, per condominium rules.
This condo is on the 3rd floor and there aren’t elevators. However, you just have to climb 2 flights of stairs. Please refer to pictures.
For stays longer than 15 days, Instant Booking is not allowed. The renter needs to send a request to book.
