Villa Casuarina - a short stroll to the beach

This comfortable and much loved property is a short stroll to the beach - 1 to 2 minutes down the laneway. Perfect for family holidays or up to three couples who want to enjoy exploring the local area with its varied restaurants, markets and coffee shops. The subtropical beach boardwalk is perfect for cycling or walking, or you can choose to explore other areas such as Kingscliff and Cabarita, which are minutes away.

The property also features a private, fenced, plunge pool ideal for cooling off after a morning on the beach with easy lounging and viewing from the downstairs balcony. Inside there are two levels both featuring comfortable couches and TVs. The upstairs balcony has a barbecue and dining area.

Upstairs features a well-equipped modern kitchen, a breakfast bar, dining table, lounge and TV, and the main queen size bedroom, wall TV and en-suite, the main upstairs balcony with barbecue and outdoor dining area and a second small outdoor balcony with lounge. There are many places to relax and read books upstairs, inside and outside.

Downstairs includes another lounge and TV area and two bedrooms, one queen size and one double room with a further single fold out divan, and a bathroom. There is also a small office with two bunk beds ideal for children, and a small hidden laundry. The outside poolside balcony includes a day bed for lounging.
Reverse cycle air conditioning is installed upstairs and downstairs in all areas.

There is a remote double lock up garage and bikes that the owners leave for your use along the kilometers of beach-side bike paths. (NB no bike helmets are supplied)
All bed and bathroom linen supplied at an extra cost per head, excluding Beach Towels.
15 minutes from Coolangatta airport to the north and only a 30-minute drive to Byron Bay in the south.
Casuarina beach is 3.5km of untouched beach ideal for long peaceful walks, surfing, fishing or building sandcastles. Surf lifesavers are in attendance in the school holidays & on summer weekends. The patrolled beach is approx. 200 meters north.

This is a house to holiday with friends, family and children. It is not available for parties, weddings or 'Schoolies'.

Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, juice extractor, toaster, kettle, coffee grinder and plungers with initial supply of some basic pantry items to get you started. There is also a small herb garden.

Villa Casuarina is central in Casuarina on Pheeny Lane.
Close to wonderful shops and great restaurants at Kingscliff, Salt and Cabarita, Pottsville, Mullumbimby and Brunswick Heads.
Bike hire available at Cabarita Cycles. There is 3.5 km of walk/bike path at Casuarina, this continues on for a further 26 km.
Casuarina Gym & Rec. Club with heated training pool and full size pool 2 minutes walk away. Individual or group training i.e Gym, yoga, Pilates, boxing etc.. Massage also available.
Osteria Bar & Restaurant & corner store adjacent to the Gym – great food and coffee
Coles and specialty shops located approx. 1 km from house
Casuarina Beach - 3.5km of untouched beautiful beaches, great for surfing, fishing or just lovely long walks
