Our gite is set in an ideal location within a 40-min drive from the most famous places of the area. It consists of a kitchen, a living room, and a lounge. All in all, it is a very well equipped house, as it features a relaxing area with foosball. The gite also has a roofed, and heated pool available all year round, which can be accessed from indoors. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, and 2 single beds, as well as 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are private. Outside, you will find a garden with a lounge and a large terrace. The gite usually hosts 10 people. However, it can also be rented to 5 people with an adapted offer, outside of school holidays periods.

Holiday in Dinan

Well equiped house set in private well stocked garden garden with plenty of shrubs outside seating in full sun and shade. Made good use of swimming pool, snooker table and table football. Well located for visiting local area, excellent walking and of course wonderful medevial Dinan. Good for pets, we took our Golden Retriever.

Fantastic property & location

This was probably our best ever family holiday. The cottage is wonderful, there is something for everyone. It is a perfect sun-trap & very well equipped & maintained. The owners were very kind and couldn’t do enough for us. Loved the area as there were so many places to go. I don’t give straight 5 stars often, but this deserved every single one

Lovely accommodation

Brilliant accommodation in a lovely area. Clean and spacious. Plenty to keep the whole family entertained. The pool was quite cool but great for a quick dip. The WiFi was weak or unable to connect, so you need to ensure you have data. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.The games room was a huge hit with the teens!

Beautiful Gite Mont Joly

We have all had the most amazing family holiday at Gite Mont Joly. The photographs do not give justice to how beautiful the gite is - it's spacious, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you may need. It is spotlessly clean and Veronique and Philippe are the perfect hosts. Our favourite parts of the gite were the glorious gardens and the fantastic pool which we couldn't get our children out of! It's also very well placed for exploring beautiful Brittany. We particularly enjoyed visiting Dinan and San Malo.

Cannot say enough wonderful things!!!

Used this fabulous vacation home as our jumping off point to see all of Brittany. Incredible location, short drives to all the major attractions. The pictures do NOT do it justice, it’s an incredible space, fully equipped and incredibly clean. We were ages 2-75 and it worked for us all. I appreciated the added safety of the pool and the key pad entry/seperate door and pool Cover with my young kids. Great space, can’t recommend enough for your family getaway!

Fantastic stay

It's not often that we stay in the same location more than once, instead choosing to explore different areas, but this was our second stay at this property and it never disappoints. A warm welcome awaits with fresh crêpes, local apple juice and cider and then you're left alone to enjoy the beautiful house, pool and surrounding area. The area is 10 minutes from the stunning town of Dinan, and also close to all amenities you'll need like supermarkets and pharmacies. The river is a short walk away and there you'll be able to hire boats or just walk around soaking up the sunshine. There is nothing about our holiday that I'd change, the property (and the hosts) were amazing.

The perfect getaway

I honestly don't know where to start, the property is nothing short of perfect and the owners are as friendly as you'll find anywhere in the world. We arrived mis afternoon to a huge plateful of homemade crepes, which were perfect after a long journey from Paris. We were shown around by the owners daughter and made to feel very welcome. The whole property is perfect, the pool and games room were a real hit with all of us, the bedrooms/bathrooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean whilst the kitchen had everything you could need and more! The location is ideal for exploring the whole region and beautiful Dinan is less than 10 minutes away by car. If you're looking for the perfect French getaway then look no further.

Véronique est très accueillante. Nous avons apprécié les petites intentions (crêpes, cidre, chocolats).Le cadre est très joli, les équipements au top. La literie est très confortable. Nous avons passé une excellent séjour en famille au sein de cette maison où tout était réuni pour que nous passions de bons moments ensemble. La maison est très propre, tout est bien pensé, bien décoré, la literie de qualité, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les jeux intérieurs (babyfoot et billard), les espaces extérieurs ainsi, évidemment que la piscine couverte, sécurisée, qui a été une vraie source de joie pour les enfants.

Gite agréable et hôtes accueillants

Week-end famille au calme. Le cadre est vraiment sympa, les hôtes accueillants ( merci encore pour les cadeaux de bienvenue), l'espace jeu vraiment appréciable. La pièce piscine était un peu froide mais on se réchauffe vite dans l'eau à jouer au ballon. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec notre jeune chien par des hôtes qui aiment les chiens sans aucun doute. Un très bon week-end dans un environnement paisible. La promenade à pied au bord de la Rance est sympa à faire. Belle vue sur La Vicomté Sur rance.

Très belle maison propre et bien équipée. Nous l'avions choisie pour sa piscine intérieure chauffée. Malheureusement le local n'est pas chauffé et l'eau est à 22 au lieu des 28 degrés annoncés. En plein hiver c'est très froid.. Vu le tarif de la location, nous sommes déçus 😞 😞

Parfait pour se détendre en couplé ou en famille

Bien située ( près de Dinard, Saint Malo & Dinan) , cette belle et grande maison bretonne est parfaite ! Piscine chauffée, billard américain, baby foot, tout pour profiter au mieux de son séjour. L accueil est très agréable, les équipements sont bien pensés.Le jardin bien clos et très mignon et la déco campagne chic très sympa. Rien à redire allez y les yeux fermés !

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Domizil! Im Stil der bretonischen Häuser bietet das Haus modernen Komfort mit ausreichend großen Zimmern und individuell gestaltenden Bädern. Der kleine Garten und die Terrasse sind liebevoll angelegt und der große beheizte Pool in der Scheune ist ein echtes Highlight! Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man schnell im wunderschönen mittelalterlichen Dinan und in knapp 30 Minuten in St. Malo und zahlreichen Buchten der bretonischen Küste. Die reizenden Gastgeber rundeten den Aufenthalt für uns ab! Vielen Dank für 2 wundervolle Wochen!
