The Space:
The house provides a comfortable single-level layout, ensuring easy accessibility throughout. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for optimal comfort and privacy: Master Bedroom: This spacious room features a Queen-sized bed, providing ample space for relaxation, and a private ensuite bathroom, complete with modern fixtures and amenities. Bedroom Two: This bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, offering a comfortable and inviting space for guests. Bedroom Three: This room is equipped with two single beds, making it suitable for children or individual guests.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house, including the kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hot tub, BBQ grill, and free parking on the premises.

Getting Around:
Public transport options are readily available, or you can easily walk or cycle to many destinations. For those arriving by car, free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. The Rotorua Airport (ROT) is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Major transit hubs are easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas.

Other Things to Note:
The house is situated in such a way that our driveway and parking area is close to the neighbouring house. The living and entertaining areas are on the other side of the house however and are quite seperate. We ask guests to be mindful of this when they are arriving and leaving the property outside of normal hours so the noise of vehicles and car doors etc doesn't disturb our friendly neighbours. There is parking for one vehicle inside the garage and parking for a second vehicle in the driveway to the side of the garage.
