The Space:

A stylish, sun-drenched holiday home in central Fenton Park, loaded with style and artistic touches throughout. It's all on a single level, easy to get around, and beautifully positioned close to town, Te Puia and the Redwoods. There are three bedrooms, including a master with its own ensuite, an open-plan living area, and a fully-equipped kitchen for cooking in. Out the back you'll find a private spa pool - a lovely way to unwind after a day exploring - along with a BBQ and patio for outdoor meals and relaxed evenings. With free parking including a garage, it's a comfortable, central base for a Rotorua getaway.

Guest Access:

You'll have the whole home and grounds to yourselves - all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen and living area, and the patio out the back with its BBQ and private spa pool. There's free parking on-site, including a garage.



The Neighborhood:

The Gallery sits in Fenton Park, a quiet, central Rotorua neighbourhood that's handy to just about everything. Te Puia and the Whakarewarewa geothermal area are just a few minutes away, the city centre with its restaurants, cafés and shops is around 5 minutes, and the Redwoods Forest and Polynesian Spa are both a short drive. It's a peaceful, well-placed base for exploring the region.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around, with free parking on-site including a garage. By car, Te Puia is about 4 minutes away, the city centre around 5, the Polynesian Spa about 6, the Redwoods roughly 7, Rotorua Airport about 10, and Skyline around 13.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 72 Mbps. A quick heads-up on parking: our driveway and parking area sit close to the neighbouring house, so we'd ask you to be mindful of noise from vehicles and car doors, particularly late at night or early in the morning. There's room for one vehicle inside the garage and a second in the driveway. If you have an over-sized vehicle, please get in touch before booking so we can make sure it will fit.
