Welcome to our beautiful beach front, ocean view, air conditioned, two bedroom, top floor, luxury penthouse Kona condo located directly across the street from the famous and well reviewed Kahaluu Beach... Big Islands best snorkeling, turtle sighting, swimming and lifeguard protected beach. This condo also has MANY FIVE STAR fantastic reviews. We also own another condo in this complex that has LOTS of additional FIVE STAR reviews and is listed on VRBO! I would be happy to provide these reviews to you. Our other penthouse condo is in the same complex, top floor, and almost identical. Both Condos are absolutely wonderful and have great reviews and reputations! You will not be disappointed!

Originally the spot of several temples and sacred fish ponds Kahuluu Bay is fed by a 10 million gallon a day fresh water spring protected by natural sea walls and coral reefs where you can see over 100 species of tropical fish and turtles. We have never seen so many turtles on a consistent basis as we have at this beach. THIS IS A SNORKLERS PARADISE... ideal for the novice to intermediate snorkeler as most of the area is neck deep calm waters with some spots about 10 feet deep, perfect for exploring the nooks and crannies where all the wonderful sea life reside. The beach park itself includes shady palm trees, restrooms, showers, BBQ's, an event pavilion, and food trucks. This beach and its facilities are literally just steps away from the condo. You can watch the kids play at this beach while sipping a cocktail from the infinity pool. Adjacent to this snorkelers paradise are the gentle rolling waves where you can enjoy a morning surf, boogie board or afternoon paddle board. There is a convenient rental shop and surf lesson shack just steps away from the condo. Snorkeling, Paddle boarding, surfing, and dolphin watching to your hearts content. Adjacent to the complex are ancient ruins from a Hawaiian church with beautiful bougainvillea covered lava rock walls.

Our condo is one of the newest condominiums available along the Kona Coast. Our particular unit is a corner penthouse top floor unit that the developer himself purchased and kept as his personal condo. Being a penthouse top floor unit, It has 10ft ceilings giving it a very spacious feel and the ocean views are just incredible! We visit our condo often and want our guests to feel at home and discover the "Aloha Spirt" that made us fall in love with Kona.

Our modern two bedroom layout offers an ocean view master suite complete with king size bed, large master bath with walk in shower, and lanai access. The guest bedroom is well appointed and comes with two single beds or the single beds can be put together for an additional king size bed configuration. Perfect for kids or another couple. The large kitchen boasts cherry wood cabinets and large granite counter tops and is stocked with your every cooking need. We offer FAST free unlimited and unrestricted high speed wireless internet up to 200mbs. Perfect for those that have to telecommute or work while on vacation.

Stop by Costco and stock the kitchen to enjoy many prepared meals out on the ocean view Lanai. The condo has a beautiful tropical island decor with multiple large screen TV's, and usb charging stations in each room. The triple french door open air lanai off the kitchen and master bedroom is a great place to enjoy the ocean breeze, breakfast, sunset views or just fall asleep to the gentle ocean waves. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for all your laundry needs. The AC will keep you cool during those warmer summer nights. The condo also offers a spectacular infinity pool with ocean and beach views with a shallow water entry perfect for sunbathing and small children. The pool area also features a BBQ/Picnic area, lounge chairs, and a lava rock in-ground jacuzzi to enjoy those incredible Hawaiian views. The unit comes fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and more. Highchair and portable playpen available upon request. No need to rent. There is elevator access and ample off street parking.

We absolutely love this location. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping within a short distance as well as miles of jogging or biking paths along the nostalgic Alli Drive coast line. We have a GREAT local concierge contact person who used to live and own in the complex, that can help you with any problems or questions you might have during your stay. We also offer an activity binder that details our favorite beaches, restaurants and island activities to help make your stay a memory to never forget.
