Lounge on your larger terrace with outside seating and sun beds, this area connects with your living room so you can choose to leave it open, its perfect for entertaining.
You can always choose to spend the day by your pool, it’s an ideal spot to unwind. The pool can be heated upon request for a daily fee of $ 45.

Other areas include, grill area, 2 more balconies and a game room.
This house could be enjoyed all day every day without ever wanting to leave it, it’s vacation perfection.

• If you are a golfer you will enjoy full access to a challenging 27 holes signature course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman, right outside your home. (500 meters to be exact)
• You also have full access to a second 18 holes signature golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, Club Campestre Golf course, only 7.2km away! Golfing on the best courses in Mexico!

House Rules
•    Maximum occupancy : 10 guests (including children) 
•    No invited guests are allowed
•    To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
•    No smoking
•    No pets
•    Minimum age to rent is 21
•    Check in begins at 4:00 pm
•    Check out is 11:00 am


CANCELLATION TERMS:

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before arrival date will receive 100% refund.
Bookings canceled at least 15 days before arrival date, non refundable down payment . 
Bookings canceled within 14 days before arrival date will not receive a refund.
Bookings for dates in holiday season (Christmas & New Years) will not receive a refund. 
For Monthly reservations: There is a cancelation fee of $ 500 dlls for reservations canceled up to 60 days prior to check-in date. Reservations canceled within 60 days of the check-in date, will not receive a refund.
