Modern two bedroom in the heart of Park Lleras.  Right around the corner from Hooters on a street that doesn't allow cars to pass by your place.  Hot Tub in living room, AC through the entire apartment, wall safes in each bedroom, with your own in room bathroom/shower.  Flat screens in every room, great wifi.
Perfect place to come to stay for the party in Park lleras. Please note your in Park Lleras there is noise from Bars this is more for the party crowd.  Also it's 4th floor walkup.

Eh…. Could have been better

Incredible location. Close to everything. Lots of partying and nightlife. Hot water heater wasn’t working, so guy came to look at it. Said the hot water heater was new, but it only seemed to be coming on one minute at a time. So to get hot water you had to turn it off and on every minute. Ok, for shower, but couldn’t take the time and effort to do that to make the jacuzzi hot. So no jacuzzi. Hot showers were very short. AC leaked on tile floor and I fell. I’m a firm believer that things happen, but it’s how you handle it. I told the owner about the issues and we weren’t happy with our stay. I was not aggressive or angry, just matter of fact. We wanted to use the jacuzzi for our stay but couldn’t, it was disappointing. The owner, Barry, was so defensive and aggressive in his response. It literally shocked me. He told me I’m lazy (because I needed to empty a jug that the ac drained into. But I had already emptied the jug, and AC was still leaking) and I was cheap (because I let him know I used the rest of the laundry detergent to clean the towels that I used to soak up the water from the AC) I just stopped communicating with him, considering he was already so defensive. Check out wasn’t very clear cut either. He said to leave the keys and let me self out. But I still needed to get my deposit back. We waited over an hour for someone to show up and do a “walk through” I got my money. I had a great time in Colombia. It was just upsetting that the apartment wasn’t up to the standards that we had hoped for. And I hope Barry’s poor communication improves and that life gets better for him.

My response. We had a issue with water heater prior to her arrival. I bought a brand new h it and installed it just before she arrived. I had no idea the unit had a problem and we need to return it as well. Sara only communication with me was always so negative. No communication ever started out with anything present . Just negative stuff. Ac evaporations drains into a jug. When we went there 1 of 3 times it was overflowing. Just empty it into sink common sense stuff. I asked her if she wanted to move over water heater and she never responded. We can’t remove heater with her there. My hands were tied on this matter. Check out in instructions if you paid in cash which I didn’t know she did. Says mKe a time with the person who you gave cash to get back at 11am check out. We were there at 11:30. I don’t see big deal. We try to leave you with things like laundry soap if it runs out there’s a small store around corner. All I said is just go buy a small bag. As far as saying how unhappy I that’s not very nice. I had a horrible experience with this women as well. This apartment is wonderful. Your in middle of action. A hot tub. Two bedroom washer dryer full kitchen. 3 flat screens and a fair price.

Close to the action

It’s right in the middle of all the great bars and restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Some construction going on but it didn’t really bother me.
