This home was absolutely lovely! It is well stocked, clean, and we had everything we needed. The location was quiet and safe and close to Quebec City. The hosts were attentive and very easy to work with. We would stay here again!
I would book again and recommend the location to friends. We had a great time and we enjoyed the location. The property was very nice and a comfortable place to stay
A very spacious and well situated house close to restaurants and amenities yet a very quiet neighbourhood. The house was spotless and very well stocked for a larger group. We were 7 adult cyclists and appreciated the access to secure storage for our bikes. The heated pool was a real treat for this cool time of year. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions.Merci beaucoup Sarah et Aze.
We had a wonderful stay! Lévis is a charming community with plenty of scenic walking and running trails, and the ferry to Québec City is both convenient and enjoyable.During our visit, we were fortunate to experience the fireworks over the river and the impressive light show at Maison Desjardins, along with an engaging tour of the site. The pool was a fantastic feature and perfect for the summer season.Sarah was an exceptional host—attentive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend!
This house was an amazing place to stay. It had everything we needed and more. It was close to the ferry terminal and not far from any stores you may need. Although the weather did not want us to have fun we made the best of it. Would definitely stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at your villa. The home is well appointed, clean and cozy. We especially liked the convenience to the ferry and local restaurants. Next time we will come in the summer to enjoy the pool! Thank you Sarah and Aze for providing such a beautiful home for guests like us to relax and enjoy.
Sarah and Aze have added so many wonderful personal touches to this amazing home. The home is spotless and has everything you need and then some. Highly recommend for a family or friends’ get away. Laze around the pool or take the short 6 minute ferry hop to Old Quebec City. Wonderful little shops in Lévis as well! Amazing! Would 110% stay again.
We visited for some holiday site-seeing and the house was a perfect base. We used the ferry regularly to visit across the river and it was an easy process and very close to the house. The house was exactly as shown in photos, clean and perfectly stocked. The two fireplaces made the house cozy and the off-street parking was a huge plus during the winter. The hosts were communicative and welcoming but also not too intrusive. We hope to come back for a summer visit sometime to use the pool!
We had a wonderful time at this beautifully kept property. Everything was as described and better, clean bright and cheerful. Lots of airy space and the backyard was private and the swimming pool was enjoyed. Several times a day would not hesitate to return. Beds were comfortable and the area was convenient for the place. We wanted to go. Coffee shop Café and five star restaurant steps away from the house.
Very convenient location and close access to ferry shuttle service to old quebec. Clean house, great kitchen and lovely family room. The house is located in like a small town that has viemness food, sushi, and also a local small super market where you have great selection of brunch and coffee. The town is really cozy and good for a walk , also you will be able to observe across the st Lawrence river to see the beautiful view of the castle landmark
Really enjoy the stay and great experience definitely recommend to friends.
The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. The stairs were challenging for the two bad knee folks and there were a few 'surprise' steps to be aware of such as the single small step to the dining area and at the master bathroom (easy to trip). The jacuzzi tub was great but it really needs some sort of grab bar for safety and ease getting in or out. That said, the hosts were perfect, house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, home well stocked with towels, linens, etc. We had an amazing Christmas and found a hidden gem Notre Dame only a one minute drive away for midnight Mass on Christmas Eve. It was as beautiful as one of the old amazing churches in France! A nice surprise was the murphy bed to the left of the comfy sofa. Our family of eight fit just fine. The snow was plowed frequently and never an issue. Staying in Levis allowed us fantastic views of the St. Lawrence and Chateau across the way. The older kids enjoyed the ferry. Please note the only shower and tub are in same bathroom upstairs, with just a toilet and sink downstairs. It was less inconvenient that we thought it would be and after a day of adjusting shower schedules, it was fine. I HIGHLY recommend this house and would love to stay there again. You can tell the hosts really care about the home. It is spotless and everything in working order. Thank you Sarah and Aze for our most memorable Christmas!
My adult daughters, two of their friends and I stayed at the home in August 2023. We all loved it. It was very clean, lots of space inside and out, and had all the modern conveniences but charm of an older home.
We walked to the ferry almost every day and took a short ride across the river to Old Quebec City. We were able to walk to see bands and fireworks on the Levi side of the river on two nights. We could only speak a few words of French but everyone was very nice and did not mind speaking English with us if bi-lingual (which most were).
Sarah & Aze are great hosts and made us feel welcome!
The villa was all that we expected and more! Super clean, great location, beautifully decorated (our daughter has decided that she wants her future house to look the same!), and spacious. The video game was a big hit, as was the pool, the well-stocked kitchen, the multiple eating areas, and the comfy living room for reading, streaming tv, etc. It was an easy 15-minute walk to the ferry (note: it is up stairs and hills to get home, but there are buses that can take you up) and a shorter walk to the Terrasse to get a beautiful view of Quebec City. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and the easy access to the house (keyless) as well as great communication with Sarah and Axe. The one full bathroom was lovely (especially the jetted tub) and it was helpful to have the half bath downstairs. The only negatives were all the construction on our driving routes (a universal problem wherever you go) and that the beds were firm for our taste. All in all, we highly recommend the villa if you are looking to stay in Levis! Thank you, Sarah and Axe!
Merci à nos hôtes qui ont fait de la villa du notaire un lieu d’exception pour séjourner dans la belle région de la Chaudière-Appalaches. Baignade, vélo, marche, joli quartier. Nous avons su profiter de l’endroit avec bonheur!
We had a wonderful stay, can’t say enough good about it! The home was spacious, clean, generously stocked, comfortable - truly a home away from home!! We enjoyed local bakeries and cafes within walking distance. The hosts were prompt and incredibly helpful with all communication. They’ve thought of everything for families with kids, from high chairs and games/toys to kids cups and plates!
The house is located within walking distance to the ferry to Quebec City. It was easy and fun! We spent so much time walking the city and enjoying the local area. This was truly a treat! We would absolutely return again!
This is a beautiful home with a relaxing vibe. The pool is lovely and the beds are comfy. It is walking distance to the ferry to get to Old Quebec but beware there are a lot of stairs to climb on the way. We definitely got our exercise every day. We enjoyed the little restaurant and shops just down the block. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would stay here again if I was traveling back to this area.
The place was super clean and had everything you could hope for available. The Barbie house, games and pool were a huge hit!
