This small, charming Provencal house is in a prime location: between the sea, the Verdon Gorge and the magnificent region of Haut-Var.
You will have the house all to yourself.
Located in a peaceful 2000 mÂČ area and a 2-minute walk from the picturesque Provençal village of Flayosc, this cosy Provencal house has a great view of the beautiful hills of the Var.

This house has 45 mÂČ of habitable area and it consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two terraces (one on each side of the house), where you can enjoy your meals outside under the cool shade of an arbour.

The house is in the perfect location to enjoy your holidays by the sea or explore the medium-altitude mountains. Close to Draguignan (6 km away), Lorgues (7 km away), Salerne (15 km away), Tortour (13 km away), Le Thoronet (22 km away), Frejus (35 km away), Sainte Maxime (30 km away) Lac de Sainte Croix, Verdon Gorge (47 km away).

Price per week: between 390 euros and 679 euros (30 % to be paid in advance); 300 euros deposit required, household cleaning available for 45 euros, towels and sheets are not provided.

Family holiday

Lovely house with great charm. Communication with landlord was good, friendly and helpful. As a family with 2 children we had a lovely experience! We would definatly come back.

Charmante maisonnette sur 3 niveaux, bien équipée. Séjour fin octobre 24

Un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour avec nos 2 grands chiens. Seul bĂ©mol, en cas de pluie (nous y avons eu droit pendant 2 jours), pas d’abri sur la terrasse pour essuyer les loulous trempĂ©s, juste la vigne. Un grand merci Ă  Lucien pour son aide.

Petite maison provençale au calme pour un prix de location trÚs raisonnable.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette petite maison situĂ©e dans un Ă©crin verdoyant et calme et en mĂȘme temps proche du centre de flayosc pour les courses usuelles. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Lucien. Nous gardons un trĂšs bon souvenir de ces vacances sous le soleil ( la climatisation dans la chambre et le salon Ă©tait trĂšs apprĂ©ciable par cette chaleur!)

Sejour agréable

Logement bien situé. Un jardin agréable combinant ombre et soleil. A 6 km de Draguignan , à 40 km du verdon et à 40 km de la mer, Frejus et St Raphaël. Le village de Flayosc a beaucoup de charme. Il comprend de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Possibilité de faire de nombreuses randonnées et de visiter de trÚs beaux villages.

Parfait surtout Ă  cette saison, Lucien vous reçoit tel un ami et est toujours disponible si besoin. Je n’ai qu’un regret

Ein herrlich Kleines HĂ€uschen mit allem, was man braucht fĂŒr eine Ausgangsbasis fĂŒr unvergessliche Touren mit Rennrad, MTB oder wie in unserem Fall mit EinzylindermotorrĂ€dern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist leider nur eine Ausziehbare Couch im Durchgangszimmer.

Emplacement de la maison provençale idéal pour parcourir à la fois le magnifique arriÚre pays varois, le Verdon et bien sur, le littoral jusqu'à l'Italie toute proche! Seul souci car il faut bien qu'il y en ai un... L'acces en voiture à la maison... surtout la nuit, n'est pas aisé.

Excellent séjour, trÚs bon rapport qualité/prix

Une petite maison fort sympathique et trĂšs au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur les collines du Var. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans ce lieu Ă  quelques pas du centre du village. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Nous avons passĂ© nos journĂ©es entre les gorges du Verdon, lac de Ste Croix, les pittoresques villages provençaux et cette magnifique cĂŽte d’Azur. Nous conseillons vivement ce lieu qui, pour le mĂȘme prix, vaut largement mieux que n’importe quel studio. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis chez nous.

Ferienhaus mit Potential

GrundsĂ€tzlich haben wir uns wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der große Garten war super fĂŒr unseren Hund zum toben. Das Haus ist sehr klein und eng und meiner Meinung nach fĂŒr maximal 2 Personen mit Hund in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer war eher schmuddelig und sollte generalĂŒberholt werden. Waschmaschine und KĂŒhlschrank waren sehr sauber!!! Bett und Matratze waren bequem. Leider stand in der KĂŒche eine nicht benutzbare Filterkaffeemaschine und wir konnten uns an unserem ersten Morgen keine Eier und keinen Kaffee oder Tee kochen, da die Gasflasche leer war und wir auf den netten Verwalter Lucien Peggy warten mussten. Schade fanden wir, dass wir die Gartenliegen, die auf den Buchungsfotos zu sehen sind, nicht benutzen konnten, weil alle kaputt waren. Wir hĂ€tten uns ĂŒber komfortable stabile Liegen sehr gefreut, auf denen man sich auch umdrehen kann um sich von allen Seiten zu sonnen. Eine Gartendusche oder ein kleiner Pool zur AbkĂŒhlung haben uns sehr gefehlt. Der Weg zum Meer war stressig und weit (zu viel Verkehr), deshalb wĂ€re eine private AbkĂŒhlungsmöglichkeit bei der Hitze super gewesen. Was aber geht ist: Wenn man das Badezimmerfenster aufmacht, kann man sich den Duschkopf nach draußen ziehen und sich kalt abduschen :-) Was wir empfehlen: Die Badestelle "La Muie" in Salernes, die nichts kostet und in der NĂ€he von Flayosc ist. Der Verkehr dort hin ist auch nicht so chaotisch. Im Sommer wĂŒrden wir nur noch ein Haus mit Pool buchen, es wird sonst zu heiß.

Tres bien!

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Flayosc. Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Minuten fußlĂ€ufig vom Ortskern entfernt. Hier gibt es nette CafĂ©s und Restaurants sowie LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte. Das Haus ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. KĂŒhlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Gas-Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, TV, Radio und sogar einer Waschmaschine. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Der Garten hat eine große RasenflĂ€che. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet umgehend! Vielen lieben Dank fĂŒr einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Nous avons passĂ© deux trĂšs belles semaines Ă  Flayosc. La maison est Ă  environ 10 minutes Ă  pied du centre-ville. Hier, il y a de bons cafĂ©s et restaurants, ainsi que des Ă©piceries. La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. RĂ©frigĂ©rateur, congĂ©lateur, cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz, micro-ondes, cafetiĂšre, TV, radio et mĂȘme une machine Ă  laver. Vous avez une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le jardin a une grande pelouse. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs gentil et rĂ©pond immĂ©diatement! Un grand merci pour des vacances merveilleuses!
