The Cottage has separate entrances and parking for easy access to the upper levels and also the basement apartment. Although not ADA, the basement apartment is good for guests with some disability as the access is level and enters directly into the apartment. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The upper level has a memory foam king bed and full bath en suite. The main level has a bedroom with a memory foam queen bed and a full bath just outside the bedroom that is also accessible to the living area. The basement level has a memory foam queen bed and full bath en suite. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the home in addition to the beds. One is a queen on the main level. The other is a queen in the living area of the basement level. The basement level is a studio style apartment with its own kitchen and living area. Please note that the basement bedroom is open studio style to the rest of the apartment. The Cottage is situated on 1 acre with access to an additional 4 acre field with small stream, pond, firepit area and garden. Excellent play area for humans and pets. Truly beautiful property. Pets are welcome at Hilltop Cottage. Please message owner for approval. $100 fee per pet.
