52sm, 2 balconies, very bright and quiet, side seaview, 3rd floor (up 5), lift.
King size bed (160cms) and a convertible sofa in the living room (140cms).
Fridge/freezer, microwawe oven, tea boiler,coffee machines available (Nespresso or filter), toaster, induction cooker (4 places). Washing machine. Tv Led 32". Free Wifi.
Prices are consumptions included, except gas from November to April.
Stay more than 14 days: consumptions will be calculated separately.
It's possible to rent bed linen and towels: 30€ for two persons, 50€ 3/4 guests.

Final cleaning fee: 50€.

Parking: free in the streets one-way nearby or you could park in the covered public parking (George V) 50 meters far. 12€ 1 night, 120€ 14 nights.

Experience French life

Property close to trains, grocery stores, beach and shops. Quite building and well equipped. Would for sure go back. The manager is very helpful about the area.

Wonderful spacious apartment only 1/2 block from main shopping and 1 block from ocean. 4 blocks from train. Host Gianfranco met us on arrival and departure and provided all we needed. Very friendly. We will be back!!

Nice place very close to the sea

We had a really nice stay at Gianfranco’s appartment. He was helpful and friendly. The flat has excellent location-so close both to the beach and to the train station. We enjoyed our time in Menton

Menton visit

The location was perfect for my visit, 200 meters from the train station, 7 minutes from Monaco, 100 meters from the beach & center, easy walk to the center, bars and restaurants. The owner was very friendly, apartment was clean with adequate amenities. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Fabulous

We were very pleased with the accommodation. Everything was great and the location was perfect, close to everything but not in the mainstream. Gianfranco was a great host, answering any concerns we had very promptly. He also stayed in town to let us in, even though our flight was quite delayed and we didn't arrive until quite late in the evening. Will definitely stay there again.

A Great Place to Stay in Menton

Well equipped comfortable apartment. Well furnished. Excellent centre ville location. Close to train and bus transportation. Conveniently close to boulangeries, markets, shops and stores. Menton apartment stay

I stayed almost a month at this property. Check in went smoothly with clear, full instructions provided about all necessary details of the flat. Apartment was exactly as depicted: spacious, comfortable, well furnished, and centrally located within walking distance of beach, old town, train station, groceries, restaurants, etc. In particular, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to my host, Gianfranco, a man with a kind and generous nature, who was warm, welcoming, and readily available for assistance if needed. Fête de citron in Menton

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns mit diversen Kleinigkeiten überrascht und beschenkt. Ebenfalls wurden wir gut instruiert. In der Wohnung war sehr viel vorhanden: Gewürze, Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Oel, Notvorrat an Teigwaren, Sauce... Alle möglichen Haushaltgeräte stehen zur Verfügung. Die Messer sind geschliffen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich mitten im Zentrum. Einziger Nachteil: am frühen Morgen finden allerlei, eher laute Aktivitäten draussen statt: Strassenreinigung, Anlieferung, Baulärm... Also heisst es dann; Fenster schliessen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und der Vermieter sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter! Karin&Res

Geräumige Wohnung an bester Stadtlage

Die Wohnung ist praktisch und sachlich mit älteren Möbelstücken eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche, in der man "richtig" kochen kann. Obwohl das Schlafzimmer auf der Strassenseite liegt, ist es in der Nacht ruhig (keine Restaurants oder ähnliches).

Very pleasant stay

Everything was as described and the owner was waiting for us when we arrived and was available to help at any time. We have been to Menton several times before and often stayed in the same street, and we like the location. Although the property is in the town centre it is very quiet when the windows are closed. We heartily recommend it and would be very happy to return.
