Quincy - Designer Comfort Wi-Fi Gym

Summary:

This architecturally inspired building is set right between Albert Park Lake and the botanical gardens precinct. It is the premier location for any visit to Melbourne: the trams along St Kilda road will drop you in the city within 5 minutes and also the funky and vibrant restaurants and cafes of St Kilda are only a few tram stops or a short walk away.



The Space:

The space includes 2 bedrooms (with a queen bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second one), open plan kitchen with a wonderful entertainers balcony with views to Albert Park lake and Port Phillip bay and beyond. There is a split system A/C in the living room.



There is NO PARKING for this apartment.



The Neighborhood:

The best part of the area is that it is so central. Whether you are visiting the Melbourne Grand Prix, the city, the MCG, St Kilda or even Chapel St Prahran, everything is literally only moments away with the most connected public transport in the city.



Getting Around:

Tram is usually the most convenient and user friendly way to get to your destination or you can walk to most places from here as well. There are trams every 5 minutes out the front of the apartment building offering access to the city and all other areas with ease.



Other Things to Note:

1. This apartment doesn't come with parking.



2. There is a new building undergoing construction in the block across the road. On many days, there will be no activity that you may hear. On other weekdays, and only during waking hours and never in the evenings, you may hear construction noise if you leave the balcony doors or windows open. There is minimal discernible noise when indoors with the doors and windows closed. Thanks for your understanding.



3. Any amenities included in this building will be managed by building management and are outside our control. Very rarely due to either urgent maintenance or other unforeseen factors, the amenities area can be closed. In the very unlikely event that a closure happens, we can take no responsibility for this. Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
