The NEW superstore TARGET with Starbucks is now open! It's only a 5 min walk located backside of the International Market Pl. The KAMUKURA HAWAII GROCERY STORE is located kitty-corner across the street on the 2nd floor. Just look for the elevators marked E Komo Mai - Wine, Beverages and Great Food Awaits! Every thing you need is here! Including ready to eat sushi, beer, wine, and all spirits and mixes available. ABC stores are only a 5 minute walk away.
We offer Cleanliness and Confidence! We promise you a clean, as-advertised, ready-for-guests studio. As our guest, we want you to book with us knowing that we’re taking cleanliness very seriously and feel confident that you can count on our studio to be 100% ready for your arrival. We make cleanliness and safety even more important. We have made a few changes to further enhance our standards and create a positive experience for our guests. We are blocking a minimum of 36 hours between guest check out and check ins to perform a “deep disinfection cleaning” prior to every arrival. We want you to feel comfortable knowing we are taking your health and safety into consideration, so that you can have a wonderful vacation and feel confident that you are staying in a CLEAN place!
The building offers gated security, with both stair and elevator access to the second floor unit. Private on-sight amenities include a pool, barbecue grill area, and coin operated laundry facilities.
Your home away from home features a queen bed, fold-out memory foam couch, and sleeps up to three comfortably. This cozy studio also offers a large LCD TV, FREE Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and lots of extra linens and towels.
Enjoy cooking? The kitchen has black-granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, and all the conveniences you need including a refrigerator, stove top oven, microwave, pots, pans, rice cooker, toaster, bullet blender, coffee maker, tea pot, dishes, and silverware.
Like to eat out? In the surrounding blocks, you’ll find Marukame Udon, Cheeseburgers in Paradise, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Benihana’s, Kobe Steakhouse n Sushi, Makino Chaya Seafood Buffet, and California Pizza Kitchen . . . plus many more restaurants, bars, and fast-food favorites.
NOTE: Waikiki is a 30-minute drive from the airport.
OUR BUIDLINGS PARKING STALLS are owned by full-time residents. NO GUEST OR FREE PARKING! However PARKING may be available upon request. You must inquire with us to see if a stall is available for your dates. They are small PARKING STALLS so rent a small car. A space is usually AVAILABLE via the Management Co. NO GRARANTEES it must be set up in advance by us. Fortunately, there is metered street parking and several paid-public parking facilities nearby. If you have a rental car, be advised that all street parking is limited and metered, and vehicles are subject to towing at your expense if you don’t obey posted signs. Public and private transportation options are available to and from places such as Honolulu International Airport, Ala Moana Shopping Center, and the Hawaii Convention Center.
Uncle Bob’s "Ohana Rules": After booking we will email you a Guest Agreement which you need to fill out, sign and return within 10 business days. You must list all tenant names, ages, and provide government picture IDs.

Occupancy: There shall be no more than three people residing in the unit at any one time. Children are welcome but need adult supervision at all times.
Building Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 10 PM–7AM. Attention: Our walls are cement and almost sound prof. Turn on the TV or AC and you will never hear the buses, trucks and loud noises big cities cast out. Check our guest reviews we are proud to be Superhosts 5*****.
Security and Safety Policy: We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen property. Even though you are in a secure building we ask that you lock the unit’s sliding door to safeguard your personal property and to conserve energy when you are not physically present.
No Drugs: Use of any controlled substance recognized under HAWAII STATE LAW on premises is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of security deposit. Violations will be reported to the police.
No Pets allowed: We don’t allow pets.
NO SMOKING: Building Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in our studio, hallway, stairwell, laundry room, BBQ area, unit lanai and all other common areas of the property.
Cleaning: The one-time nonrefundable cleaning fee it covers: • Deep Disinfecting cleaning of unit before and after your stay • ALL towels and bedding are laundered before and after every stay.
The one-time nonrefundable cleaning fee does NOT cover: • Trash disposal • Washing of dishes, glasses, and silverware
There is no daily maid service. Guests are expected to leave the property how they found it with dishes washed for the next guests. Please secure tie trash bags and put them in the LOCKED GREEN TRASH HUT out in front by the street for proper disposal. No garbage disposal all debris and food scraps should be thrown out in the trash and not down the drains. MAHALO!
Taxes: The State of Hawaii has a General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.5% on all purchases, plus a Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) of 9.25% effective January 1st 2016. The State of Hawaii requires that all "short term rentals less than 180 days" pay the TAT and it applies to all hotel rooms, time share units, Bed and Breakfasts and vacation rentals. These taxes are passed onto the guest and are included in this agreement.

Rob & Judy were wonderful hosts providing a warm welcome with treasured support and Aloha spirit. The apartment was vibrant with many amenities that were so useful during our stay. Great stay at a wonderful studio in the heart of Waikiki
Very clean, quiet little studio and the hosts have it stocked with absolutely anything you may need for your stay. A quick walk to the beach and steps from shopping, food, car rentals and the International Market. The hosts were very responsive, providing lots of detail regarding checking in and out and were lovely to deal with throughout the entire trip , both before and after .
Just right for us! Quiet, friendly neighbors and hosts, relaxing pool without lots of people. Loved being able to grill local fresh fish. Walking distance to many Waikiki locations.

Overall we had a great stay here, and Rob and Judy are wonderful hosts. The unit is a 10 minute walk from the main beach, but still in Waikiki and very close to shopping, restaurants, the International Market, etc. The condo building is private and secure and has a nice little swimming pool. All in all, a very nice and affordable accommodation for our 10-day stay in Waikiki!
I travelled solo to Waikiki for 11 days. Rob & Judy made this entire experience that much more in paradise! The condo is in the most brilliant location, tour buses, groceries, trollys all outside your door & the beach a 5 minute walk. I will most definitely be back and staying here. Rob and Judy you two are the best hosts with the best Vrbo Ive ever staying in!

Great location with all amenities close bye. Easy access and to all attractions and perfect unit.
Clean and equipped with everything needed for the stay. Amazing local decor and decorations unique and added to our stay. Nice Suite but Noisy location
The Suite had everything we wanted and it was clean and well maintained. The location is close to the food market and other amenities which was great but early every morning we were woken up by the Beep, Beep, Beep.... of delivery trucks backing up to unload products at the market.

Waikiki at your doorstep. Minutes walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Located in the heart of it all. Couldn’t be happier with location. Studio is older but clean and everything in working order. Fully stocked with all the things you might need while vacationing down to the little details. Host Rob and Judy were great! So thoughtful checking in on us before arriving, during our stay and after we left. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Condo was very clean and very nice decorated. Very comfortable bed and pull out couch. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving. In the bathroom you could fine all kind of products, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairspray, moisturizing creams, shampoos and even Advil. Has everything like you are in your own home. 7 day restful experience in paradise. No car needed. Close to many food experiences. Older building but it had an elevator for these bad knees!!! Exceptionally clean. We’ve stayed on many properties and Rob and Judy thought of everything. Best stocked abode. They even had snacks. They thought of everything that you would need to stay at the beach. So much equipment to borrow. Mats, umbrellas, many beach towels, beach chairs even aloe for burnt skin. Comfortable bed. Great A/C.Highly recommend. Perfect for a couple.

From the moment we "met" the property owners Online our trip began. From their welcoming letter, to answering our questions about the area, helpful ideas, plus their concern for our needs, the way they take care of their property & all of our requests were dealt with in a speedy time. The studio is so well equipped that we only had to buy a few necessities. It prevented us from having to buy really bulky items, unlesswe wanted to. They think about you! From the pitcher of fresh water & ice to beach towels & toiletries. We couldn't say more positive things. Thank you for the experience.
Judy and Rob are so kind. We enjoyed our stay at their property. You can feel the love they have for this space, it's kept clean and intentionally decorated. The property is at a prime location and the neighbors are kind and quiet. We appreciated are stay here and will recommend this unit to our family and friends.

Our weeklong stay in the heart of Waikiki was superb! First, the location is centrally located where most of the must visits for foodies like us are just within walking distance. We walked everyday by the beach, just 2 blocks away! The condo is very clean and all common kitchen appliance and utensils are properly wrapped and separated. Beach accessories are also readily available, no need to buy! Construction is ongoing across the street but can't hear any noise once doors are shut. Why they chose this property
Rob got his real-estate license last year and promptly decided it was time to purchase a vacation rental in Waikiki, one of the most expensive and challenging locations in the islands to buy real estate. We’ve lived in Hawaii for over 30 years. It’s expensive here, especially downtown. This is part of the reason why we held out for a rental property that’s reasonably affordable for our guests. We understand that on the top of many first time visitors wish lists is a room with a view of the ocean. We get it, but we also believe a window is no place to take in paradise. Instead, take in the sunset local style with the sand between your toes, or while enjoying a Mai Tai at any one of a dozen restaurants at water’s edge, and walk home, a few blocks away, to stay in our place for the night. Why the Owner Chose Waikiki, Honolulu, HI, USA: We searched for six months and stayed at several other rental properties, before deciding on this studio in the heart of Waikiki. We prefer it because it affords privacy, security, and access to attractions.
