Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. After driving nearly 13 hours with our family, we arrived to find that the unit wasn’t ready and had to wait approximately 2½ hours for it to be cleaned. The shower also did not work for our entire six-day stay, which was a major inconvenience. On top of that, when the blender broke, we were initially told to purchase a replacement ourselves. Although the host eventually offered a 100 refund for the delayed check-in, the overall experience was extremely frustrating and far below what we expected from a vacation rental. We would not stay here again or recommend this property.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, no matter how many special request from Trevor that were made, early check in, extra help with using items, replacement of items not guaranteed, additional water pressure in the shower, I could not seem to satisfy Trevor. I ended up only giving into one of his many refund request. What he seemed to be going for all along. I ended up suggesting that he try the more higher end properties charging 5-10x as our family resort. Maybe a luxury hotel might be a better fit.

We loved our stay at the condo for spring break! The decor was so lovely, beds comfy, and it met most of our needs! The host left detailed messages and responded quickly during our stay. A few things that would have been preferred would be possibly a Roku TV. The TVs were confusing and having younger kids, it would have been nice to be able to login and stream from apps during the evening. Water pressure was also extremely low for showering. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Long weekend away

My partner and I were able to get away for a long weekend and this was the prefect spot for us! Close to the beach, great pool. Loved the screened in porch. Easy check in process and will definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful place and the facilities were amazing all across the board. The inside pool was air conditioned so there was surprisingly no humidity at all which came through spectacularly. The apartment itself was quaint and had a very homely feel. Would definitely stay again!

The perfect spot for our family getaway!!

We had the best stay! The property was perfect and so family friendly. The beach was walkable and perfect (and the shuttle was so convienent after a long day at the beach), the indoor pool was perfect for the mornings when it was still a little chilly, and outdoor pool was awesome during the day. The spot had everything we needed and more! Already looking to come back and stay here again!

A week in paradise

Hated to leave the place. It was nice and quiet. We had a great time and can't wait to come back. Hopefully, next time the pandemic will be over with. Would definitely stay here again. .

Well appointed and clean

We enjoyed our stay here over Labor Day weekend. This condo is close to everything you need. The check in process was flawless. The condo is decorated so cute and has everything you need. The resort is older, but still has great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Paradise—Hilton head

We spent 3 weeks at this site. The location is ideal for beaches, shopping, dining and walking. The condo had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating. Water pressure was a bit low but sufficient. We have already booked this site for next year!

Wonderful beach family vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 4 that includes a teen and a tween. We had plenty of room to spend time together and go off on our own. We loved the additional amenities like the steam room and gym. We especially enjoyed the beautiful beach just a simple walk away. Our property had everything we needed. We can’t wait to book again!

The hosts were kind and left detailed instructions for checking in and out. The room with the bunkbeds was hard to keep cool. It was also a bit noisy in the area in the evening (past 11pm), despite there being clear rules about noise posted throughout the resort. This was no fault of the owners. Overall the unit had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay!

We had the best time. We live in FL and met some friends that live NC here as a midway meeting point!! The owner gave very prompt responses and the condo had everything you needed!! The AC works amazing which is wonderful when you come in from a day at beach and in the sun! Thank you!!

January Stay

We have stayed in this condo before and will again. It’s very clean and the owners have really stocked the unit with the upmost traveler consideration. While we were there, our home place had a bad snowstorm and ice. Several highways were closed. We were able to extend our stay thru Todd, who was so considerate and helpful. We were definitely pleased with our stay!!!

Place was nice. But the floors and other areas were quite dirty. No problem, we cleaned the first night and enjoyed the rest of the time we were there. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of linens, towels and blankets. We biked everywhere. 😊

Great for families

Great size unit. Seems the elevator for this unit has been out of service for quite awhile but the elevator for the adjacent building was actually closer. Getting from one building to another was confusing. The whole complex needs more signage.
