South Facing Pool house: This means the back yard faces south the pool gets sun from early in the morning to late in the evening making your vacation days longer.
The Location is central to everything we like, Boating, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, polo games in Sarasota, Naples. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning, breathing the gulf air, take your cup of coffee out to the lanai or on the dock our personal favorite and enjoy the relaxing view of the water!
