The Amazing Wiltshire of warehouse conversion!

Built in 1923 they don't make apartments like this warehouse conversion anymore: *3.5m ceilings! All the space you'd normally only find in a house in the suburbs! * Fully equipped kitchen larger than many studio apartments with two bedrooms and two bathroom, plenty of room in this large apartment that can sleep up to 8 and just 1 block from southern cross station.

Size matters in the CBD! Where size is a rare commodity in the CBD, this place is very spacious with high ceiling and generous large bedrooms with an huge kitchen and living area.

There is a 3rd room with a bed that has a half curve wall that is just of the living area. This can act as a 3rd room and sleep 2 guest and another 2 guest can sleep in the living room on an sofa bed.

Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.

Check In Requirements:
Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.

There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply.
Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.

A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival.

Great place in a great location
We loved this place, the windows are great, the location is amazing. The cleaning was lacking a little though. Under the beds obviously don't get attended to as we could see the mess under them as soon as we walked in.

King Street Stay
The apartment is well situated at 300 King Street. However the apartment is in need of maintanence and repair. The main toilet leaked and the ensuite hand basin was blocked. There is no lock on the main bathroom door or privacy. There is a window from the kitchen that you can see into the main bathrom while someone is on the toilet. There was 1 key for 4 people and when we asked the host for more, there was nothing they could do for 3 days, we had to ring each other and come back and meet each for the first 36 hours. There was no kitchen cloths and the towel rail fell off in the ensuite.

I thought the living and kitchen areas were large and airy. Plenty of room. The bedrooms were too small and both bathrooms needed extra cleaning. The grouting around the bottom of both showers was black.
