Welcome to our four bedroom beautiful villa with south facing pool located on a large and private corner lot in award winning Lake Berkley Resort. This vacation home has been Professionally Furnished and Designed by an Interior Designer to include two themed children's rooms, a princess castle room, and an underwater Nemo room, perfect for your family vacation!
Enjoy the 28 ft. south facing pool with expanded deck and sunny southern exposure. The private shaded lanai is a great place to enjoy a chilled glass of wine, while taking in the partial lake view in the evening after a busy day. Pool heat is optional for an extra fee and is only recommend during the winter months. This home comfortably sleeps eight guests and features a master room big enough for a king size bed with large en-suite bathroom. Our kitchen features 4 brand new upgraded stainless steel appliances. Our game room features a full size slate pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table and TV.
Lake Berkley is a prestigious gated resort, set in tranquil surroundings on a 14 acre natural Lake yet its so close to the action packed highway 192 with its designer shopping outlets, golf courses, theme parks and 400 local restaurants.
It is centered around three sparkling lakes, with 2 private club houses and recreational facilities.
As one of the top resorts in Florida, Lake Berkley is a private community with a 24 hour Security Guard at the gate to greet you plus roving patrols. The resort offers Tot Lot, Stocked Fishing Lakes, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Nature Trail around the Lake with lots of baby ducks to feed, Private beach with BBQ area, Picturesque Gazebo - ideal for weddings. A private clubhouse with cyber café, fitness room, large communal pool and hot spa. Games arcade, Sports equipment hire center . An evening poolside tiki bar is available.
