A tastefully decorated condo with free parking on site. We are only about 0.5 mile to the main strip of Gatlinburg and a few hundred feet to a nearest red line Gatlinburg Trolley Stop. You can park your car on site, then walk or hop on a trolley to tour downtown Gatlinburg. You can find out trolley routes and fares online by searching Gatlinburg Trolley.

Older building but the unit was exactly what I needed for my trip. SO close to everything and included parking. Pool is small but refreshing and clean and never crowded. I walked everywhere. I also got the best sleep of my life here due to the comfy bed.

Nice condo! Loved the location...only about a 5 minute walk to Gatlinburg. Don't have to deal with traffic or paying to park your car. Beds were comfortable and nice decor. Nice indoor pool with hot tub to soak in after a long day of hiking. Host was quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was perfect for what we needed, host was quick to respond with questions! Instructions for how to leave condition of the condo upon check out were plain and simple! We saw a bear outside our condo door within 10 minutes of being there which thrilled my granddaughter and was a great way to start our trip! In total, we saw 5 bears along with some babies during our few days there! The walk to the Parkway of downtown is not bad depending on your physical condition. I only mention that because my husband doesn't tolerate walking as well these days so it was a little rough for him but trollies are available! Thank you!!!!

Very disappointing….was NOT within walkable distance to town as was described, which was a big problem. Condo was not very clean…balcony was extremely dirty with cigarette ashes on floor. In both bathrooms we had to be extremely careful when taking a shower. Tub floors were very slippery, not safe for any age. The indoor pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks! As a whole, we were very unhappy with this condo, certainly not worth the money we paid for it. Will not be using VRBO again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. The condo is approximately 0.6 miles, or a 12-minute walk, to the Strip, though walkability can vary by individual. We take cleanliness seriously and will address the balcony and housekeeping concerns with our cleaning team. Regarding the tubs, we have since purchased non-slip mats for both bathrooms to improve safety. The indoor pool is a shared community amenity. The Health Department conducts random inspections, with reports posted on the office door, and the pool has consistently received good inspection scores. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our guests’ experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect, close enough to easily walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg, but tucked away just enough that it was peaceful and quiet at night. It really gave us the best of both worlds.The condo was spotless when we arrived and was beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and everything we needed for our stay was provided.Yi-hui was an exceptional host. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with before and during our trip. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and she made the entire experience seamless.We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again the next time we're in Gatlinburg. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay!

This is a great place to stay within walkable distance of downtown and the aquarium. It is in very close proximity to a trolley stop which was very handy. It was nice to avoid parking fees downtown. The condo is very clean and cozy. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom attached. Excellent communication with the owner! We would definitely stay here again!
