V399-Apt 206-CASA TOBY. Modern, QUIET condo in the heart of Zona Romantica


Professionally decorated condo with 2 private balconies and state of the art features. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck with a view to the mountains or head up to the common roof top terrace for a swim in the heated pool or a dip in the heated Jacuzzi while taking in the 360 degrees ocean and town views. Just steps from the action with no hills to climb.

Spacious master bedroom with a US King size bed and en suite bathroom. Quality linens and towels provided. Living room sofa opens to accommodate additional guest, with a second full bathroom.

The unit is perfectly located just a few steps away from some excellent dining, some of my personal favorites are Joe jack's Fish Shack, Tre Piati, Fredy's Tucan (breakfasts), Vitea (try the peppercorn Steak!), La Cigale French Bistro (back by the main church on Hidalgo) and take a scenic boat ride out to Ocean Grill on the south shore

You can walk to everything and get to experience the organic Farmer's Market and crafts' fair held every Sat from 9am to 2pm on the main plaza Lazaro Cardenas.

For beach clubs try Swell, Sapphire, or La Palapa for finer dining in a relaxed atmosphere.

Walk to everything in Zona Romantica, yet live in a tiny, quiet, almost hidden corner of it. Private outdoor space for cocktails/breakfast with sweet mountain views. Rooftop pool, entertainment area provides the panoramic views for those who need it.

You can even take the white and orange bus just a block behind the complex out to Mismaloya or the Botanical Gardens for a lovely day out south.

Great location!

The condo had a very good location, very walkable to a lot of restaurants, bars and around 5min to the beach.The only thing that was a bummer is that we paid an extra fee that included daily housekeeping but we didn't get it at all.

Great apartment in a terrific location!

Had a wonderful time in Puerto Vallarta and really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It's in a terrific location where we could easily walk to just about anywhere we would want to go - great restaurants, the beach, the bars, galleries, etc. Building had a really nice roof top as well. Excellent host.

This condo was absolutely perfect. The space, cleanliness decor and amenities were wonderful and the location could not be any better. After many trips to Vallarta, this is by far the best place we have stayed. In the future we will try to always book this if it is available.

GREAT LOCATION

This property was a wonderful fit for us.It is a secure property in the heart of the romantic zone. The condo was spacious, comfortable and well supplied. The rooftop pool was amazing! Great Condo

Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Toby. We found the unit just as described in the listing. It’s located in a great location, and our balcony overlooked a quiet residential street. The pool area is wonderful,and Al thought there was a problem with the pool the last couple of days of our stay, it detract from our enjoyment of the condo and building.

Beautiful Space

Marc’s condo is in the heart of Zona Romántica, with its great restaurants, shops, and galleries, yet it’s surprisingly quiet. Great staff, beautiful rooftop pool and hot tub, and convenient laundry facilities in the unit. Highly recommended.

Zona Romantica

This unit is exactly as it is shown on the listing. Everything was there that I needed and the host was very responsive and checked in to make sure I was happy. I will rent this unit again on my next trip.

Great condo. Convenient and comfortable.

All in all, a comfortable, well-stocked, convenient condo. Two small problems: The toilet clogged, and there was no plunger (had to call the security guard to find one). The TV instructions were hard to follow, and passwords to Netflix, etc., were not available.Otherwise, a seamless check-in and well-appointed condo.

quiet and convenient

This side of V399 is quiet as it doesn't face the direction of Basilio Badillio street. Spacious and comfortable, the condo has all that you need. In Mexico the maids typically don't use a vacuum; rather they use a broom which can never really pick up all the hair from previous guests, so I can never give full stars for apt cleanliness when I stay in Mexico.

First time in PV

This place is fantastic. First, the location. You are steps from everything in Zona Romantica. Building is well-maintained with 24 security at front desk. Rooftop pool deck is wonderful with great views of the the ocean and mountains. Apartment is beautiful, modern, and is very well appointed with everything you could need for the beach from hats, sunscreen, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. I definitely picked the right location for my first visit to Puerto Vallarta. Thanks Marc…will definitely rebook!

Great location & beautiful condo

The condo is spacious, well-decorated and in a super convenient location. Having a second bathroom is really helpful. Don’t let the second floor location be any concern - the street the condo overlooks is quiet with scant car or foot traffic. You’re basically getting the ideal combination of both a peaceful location that’s a couple block walk to dozens of restaurants, bars and the beach. The roof pool deck is outstanding and just as the photos present it. Mark & Keith (and onsite guy Jesus) were very helpful, informative and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended!

Perfect Place in Town!

Been to PV many times - first time in this building and location in town is perfect. In the heart of Zona Romantica, but a block off the busier action on a side street. Unit faces a very quiet street little noise and almost no traffic; and beautiful view of the mountains. Secure, modern interior and kitchen, speedy Internet. 360 rooftop view and space to chill / pool in the sun. Easy walk to the pier and down to the beach clubs on Amapas. ** also, for those looking for more accessible accommodations (which PV can be very challenged on with mountains of steps) - this is ideal. Ramp in front, modern elevator, and friendly front staff. Cheers, james.

Very enjoyable week in Puerto Vallarta! Nice to be back.

Very comfortable suite. Safe building. Nice rooftop patio with a pool. The pool had been under reconstruction for the past month or two, but fortunately it was close enough to being complete that they were able to fill it just before our arrival. The location of the building is great; several blocks from the beach, and right in the heart of the Romantic Zone, with numerous great restaurants nearby. We had booked our week in another hotel (Rivera del Rio), but when we arrived, we were told that the suite we had booked was occupied by someone else. So we needed to find other accommodations on very short notice. A quick search of VRBO identified this unit. We contacted the owner, and were able to move in the next morning. The owner and the management team did a great job accommodating us when we needed a place to stay. It was very much appreciated.

Awesome! Marc’s condo is exactly as advertised. It has all the amenities you could possibly want. The location is within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and exceptional restaurants. The views from the patios are breath taking. Marc and his staff have made my experience in PV a very memorable vacation. I highly recommend staying in Marc’s condo. 5 star service and accommodation. Great unit in a great building

This building has the nearly unique advantage of being in a great location yet somehow free of the late night noise from the night clubs. And this particular unit has a great layout, with balconies off both the living room and bedroom.
