Welcome to Seabiscuit located at 10140 E. Hwy 30A, Unit A202 in the Villas at Sunset Beach situated directly between the beach communities of Alys and Rosemary Beach. You are a quick walk or bike ride to all the fabulous restaurants, shopping and everything else Seacrest has to offer. Enjoy the incredible gulf views or take a dip in the community swimming pool at this Beachfront Cono!

• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Excellent condo-beautifully decorated & well appointed with gorgeous sunset views! Super convenient access to the beach and pool via elevator or one flight of stairs. Short walk or bike ride to nearby Rosemary and Alys Beach. The only negative is that the unit is directly next to the walkway and shuttle stop for beach access for the SeaCrest community across 30A. Consequently, the beach is packed from morning to sunset and noisy with people walking

Beautiful and Peaceful Place

My family and I stayed here for our annual trip to Florida. This was by far our favorite place to stay! The villa was beautiful and just as advertised. The views of the beach were spectacular! We had an easy walk to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place exceeded my expectations! We will definitely be back and are thankful to have had such a perfect stay here!

Girls trip

The condo was super close to the beach and pool which made things convenient. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge help for a girls trip. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was nice. Love the area and felt safe in a nice neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back!

February Beach Vacation

This was the first time we stayed on the Gulf Coast in February. Normally we vacation in June or July. The weather was perfect, the summer crowds were missing, the restaurants were easy to book, and we had a fabulous stay at Seabiscuit A202. Enjoyed beach walks and coffee/cocktails on the deck.

The condo was excellent. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The internet was a little slow and the TV would not work on Netflix or Disney . We used our personal password to log in then it would only play about 3 minutes before it said “ Not Connected To Internet”, then it would repeat this process over and over. It worked fine on the cable TV app, but none of the others.

Lovely beach condo

This was a great place for our family. We brought our family of five and both sets of grandparents. It was a plenty of room for everyone since our baby slept in our room. The kids loved the bunk room...it was like their own little club house. The view and beach access is great! We will book again.

This is a wonderful gulf front property with great views, plenty of space, pretty beach decor, and is in a very nice area. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. It gets a bit crowded immediately out front of the condo, but a short walk to the west down the beach takes care of that. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots/pans for cooking, and we really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and sand toys provided in the hall closet. We would love to return again in the future!

The condo is lovely and well stocked. We had 6 people fit comfortably. It’s walking distance to Peddlers Village and Rosemary. We loved the location! Check out live entertainment every evening at PV. The owner provided 4 beach chairs. Beautiful view of the beach. The beach was very crowded. Get there early or rent chairs. Overall the condo itself was perfect!

Everything was clean and just as pictured. There were apt of extras. They had beach chairs, masks, toys and more. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds. The bunk beds were a little hard for grown boys to sleep in but I think they would be fine for young kids. We loved the location. It was perfect for us.

Incredible home and beautiful home!

We absolutely love this place! This is the 2nd time to this Condo complex! Its so easy to get around on foot or bike! Love that its tucked in between Rosemary and Alys! Very nice home, very comfortable beds, couches and outside furniture. View is amazing!!! Thanks for having us! :)
