Take in the stunning views of the Gulf at Silver Beach Towers!

This spectacular Gulf-front property is located on the eighth floor of upscale Silver Beach Towers overlooking Destin’s white sand beaches and emerald waters. The amenities of this wonderful resort include two crystalline swimming pools (one of them heated starting March 1st), two hot tubs and direct access to the beach. There is also a huge grassy area directly on the beach, tennis court, BBQ grills and much more. The 650 ft. beachfront frontage is on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area!

“Beach Service” can be purchased through Silver Beach Towers in season during March 1 to October 31st.

The best feature is the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the spacious balcony and enjoy the sea breezes and spectacular ocean vista. This centrally located, one-of-a-kind property will become your family’s favorite vacation spot for years to come!

The condo is designed to make your stay easy, relaxing and fun! The home is beautifully furnished with your comfort in mind. This condo is on the eighth floor - we advise that children are supervised at all times and recommend this unit for families with older children. Also, note that a 25 year or older adult has to be responsible for the booking and payment of the reservation.

Balcony Project - Silver Beach Towers is working on the painting and waterproofing work for the balconies, this is scheduled to be completed by May, assuming the weather cooperates and there are no unforeseen delays. The work is being done in phases, focusing on one building stack at a time. While the balcony repairs are expected to be finished in May, the overall project, which includes all aspects of the work across the entire complex, is estimated to be wrapped up by August. We appreciate your understanding during this time!

How do I get directions and check in instructions? A week prior to arrival, you will receive directions, gate codes, a keyless access code for the unit, and other pertinent information about your stay.

What do I need to bring? We provide you with a fully furnished unit. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate meal preparation and storage. We provide: linens, towels, beach towels, a starter quantity of: paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs. Any additional items not included above, food, drinks and any personal items will need to be purchased or brought along with you. A large supermarket is located minutes away.

The property was spacious and well appointed. Plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable. Parking was convenient and access to the unit and beach was easy. We would definitely consider booking this again. The only suggestion I have is the addition of grab bars in the showers and tub for added safety and security. Thank you for having us as guests.

It’s a great condo!

This property is great. Family friendly and we always felt super safe. Close to all the amenities and attractions. The condo was super clean and had a lot of starter items which was really nice. This is the second time we’ve stayed at silver beach towers. The pools are great and beach chair service.

This was our favorite place we have stayed in Destin. Loved the view from the balcony. The condo was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed having nice Tvs in the rooms for watching the football games! Worked out perfect for our family of 5. The kids really enjoyed the nice pools and hot tubs.The complimentary beach service was nice to have too. The management team was excellent to work with trying to keep us safe and make sure we enjoyed our vacation with the hurricane passing in the middle of our week. Would definitely love to come back someday and would recommend

Everything was clean and comfortable. Only negative is there is no keurig and no ice maker in fridge. The lack of ice maker in fridge was the biggest bummer. Otherwise, great place!

The condo was exceptionally clean. Covered parking is a big plus. Very secure. There are only three condos per floor so the elevators have basically zero wait time. We were told, prior to arrival, tents could be used on the beach. However, the beach service does not allow personal umbrellas or tents of any kind. There are extra beach chairs, wake boards, skim boards, floats, and sand toys in the unit. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Amazing Week

Wow!! This condo is perfect!! Plenty of room for the 6 of us! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Condo had everything we needed- pots, pans, utensils, beach towels, etc. Pictures don’t do this listing justice. Couch was so comfy. TVs are HUGE! Smart TVs and cable. Loved the sound-bad had Bluetooth so we could play music. My favorite part was the balcony. I would sit there and watch the dolphins each morning. The pool is much bigger than we expected. Such easy access to the pool and beach. Loved the fobs- only condo residents had access to the garage, lobby, and beach gate. This kept the condo so safe. I was worried about the beach chair rentals bc I want to be as close to the water as possible. I had front row each day! They explained to me that means the condo manger rented the chair as soon as possible and that got us best seating. So THANK YOU. The umbrella was so helpful! Directions for arrival were great. The men who keep the pool deck clean were so polite and did a great job each day. The nice lady who was always keeping the lobby area clean was so friendly and worked so hard. I would rent this condo again tomorrow!! Loved everything about it!
