Nafiz and his team were truly excellent guests. Easy to communicate with and kept everything extremely neat and tidy, leaving the place in great condition. Weld have Nafiz back again to stay no problem at all. :-)
This was our second stay at Mark and Leone’s property. We love waking up and being able to look over to Mt Mania. Nice, short commute to Ruakaka for the surf lifesaving event we came up for. Hosts were so hospitable and accommodating, thank you once again!

Thanks for coming again Monique. We're glad your event didn't get washed out this year! Also thank you for leaving the apartment so clean, tidy and organised - it was much appreciated. :-)
Loved so much about this place. The location - right on the beach and the amazing harbor views, the use of the paddleboards and bikes, the quiet little suburban area, the Marina cafe, the unit feeling spacious and having the kitchenette and bathroom and even the good quality instant coffee supplied. It was a holiday made more special by the accommodation.
Thanks again Leone and Mark

Pleasant spot
Nice wee space, great views out over the bay and very close to the beach. One Tree Point itself is a bit soulless, beach fairly narrow when the tide is in.
Lovely little place with everything you need. Loved being able to walk down the steps to the beach. Only negative is that the bed is just a double so was pretty cosy nights sleep.
An absolutely stunning location that is perfect for a bit of rest and relaxation. Well equipped - the fan was very much appreciated! Thank you for letting us use the paddle boards. Great communication.
What a lovely spot for a couples getaway.
The unit has everything you need, the owners are lovely and so accommodating. Spectacular views and beach right on the doorstep. We will definitely be back.
Mark and Leone have been the most amazing and supportive owners, assisting the stay of our employees. Their utmost concern that our staff over a several month period have been comfortable, supportive and happy not only with accommodation but with their time in general whilst visiting the area supporting business activities. Mark and Leone have also been really flexible and even supported one of our employees with opening a bank account locally. Thank you to them both, and I look forward to engaging them and their lovely unit again in the future.
We have lived in Northland most of our lives, and our children have grown up, left home and are working in Auckland. I am a Secondary School teacher and my husband Mark runs our website design and commercial printing business. We spend as much time as we can, depending on weather, on or in the water. Camping, boating, fishing and paddle-boarding are passions of ours. We are also hockey mad! Our son and daughter both represented NZ in hockey at the Rio Olympics, and our daughter was in the NZ Blacksticks team that won the Gold medal at the Commonwealth Games , Gold Coast. We have stayed at Air BNB's both overseas and in New Zealand while travelling for hockey, and since discovering this form of accommodation, would never go back to motels or hotels. We love the different places, the homely atmospheres and different people we have met, and look forward to extending the same hospitality with our own Airbnb.
Why they chose this property
The ultimate beach holiday for a couple , with all the basic amenities taken care of with the bonus of being right beside the water. Quiet and considerate neighbors, and amazing beach on your doorstep.
