The apartment is a 2nd floor walk up. about 900 sq feet with 1 bed, 1 bath and an additional queen sized air mattress. It has classic charm with hardwood floors throughout, French doors and an eat in kitchen with table seating 4, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
In the family room there is a 3 seater couch and chaise lounge and large flatscreen.
Through the French doors you will find a study complete with executive desk, printer and large flatscreen monitor.
There is ample drawer and hanging space for your clothing in the bedroom and additional closets in the study.
The bathroom will be stocked with essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toothpaste and mouth wash)
Linens, towels and pillows are also provided.
Washer and dryer in the basement.
This classically charming 2 bed 1 bath 900 square foot home rests on the 2nd floor of a 2 family residence. It has hardwood floors throughout.

At the heart of the home is a beautifully appointed full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, cookware, plates, cutlery and utensils. We also have a Keurig coffee machine, toaster and a small food processor.
The bedrooms, bathroom and living room flank the kitchen.

· LIVING ROOM
In the cozy family room sink into the full sized couch and snooze or sign into your streaming services on the 55 inch Smart TV. Or you can curl up on the chaise lounge with a good book.

Through the French doors you will find a dedicated workspace/home office study complete with executive desk and monitor. There is also additional closet space here.
· BATHROOM
The vintage garden inspired bathroom will be stocked with essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body soap)
Linens, towels and pillows are also provided.
· WASHER AND DRYER:
If you so desire there is a washer and dryer in the basement. We can also recommend a laundry service which will pick up your items, wash and fold them and deliver them to you. Their rates are very reasonable for the service.
Bi-Weekly cleanings are required for stays of 28 days or more! Please send me a message to discuss.
Your unit is on the 2nd floor of the home. There is no elevator. The home is selg check-in. You will receive the code to the keypad on the day of check-in. The main entrance to the home is shared with the unit on the 1st floor. The laundry room is shared also.
Please note:
- Animals must be disclosed upon booking and fee applies (see house rules)
- Street parking is limited. Additionally we do not have dedicated parking.
- Out of respect for our neighbors we kindly ask that you please keep noise to a minimum and do not congregate outside of the home.
