It was very clean, modern and in an excellent location.

We decided to make up the futon as a bed during the duration of the stay to save sorting it out every night. It did mean we were restricted to sitting on the high chairs at the breakfast bar, but as we were out most of the time and really only intended to sleep in the accommodation this wasn't a problem to us. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, we were on bicycles and it was great to come back and go for a swim every day. We were also fortunate that the Arenes du Grau du Roi was being held and the horses and bulls were run through the town every day ending up on the beach right next to the property. This is a perfect base, there is so much to do locally. We can highly recommend it.

War alles wie beschrieben. Super netter Vermieter.Jederzeit gerne wieder. Man fällt aus dem Bett und ist am Strand. Nur wenige Meter bis zum Zentrum aber absolut ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Ideal zum abschalten.

Idéalement bien placé

Le studio est a quelques mètres de la plage du Grau de Roi. On peut se garer juste devant la porte ou dans un parking souterrain. Les commerces, restaurants et autres sont à seulement 5 mn à pied. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et la communication avec lui a été très bonne. L'équipement du studio est complet. Il n'y a pas de lave linge, mais une laverie est à proximité. Pensez à prendre vos draps et oreillers. 2 vélos sont même dispo pour se déplacer sans utiliser la voiture. J'y reviendrais volontiers.

Right off the beach and fun location

The owner is really easy to communicate with and very nice. The location is great, right off the beach and a couple of minutes by foot to the port center. The futon is more comfortable than I expected, but I was surprised that bedding and linens weren't included. Luckily, Luc offers them as a supplement. A real plus for summer months is his supplemental offer of a garage and use of bicycles. I wish there had been wifi. All in all, it's a deal.
