Very responsive host, spacious & cozy condo for our large family, easy walkable access to ski lodge, the locker was a huge help with the kids and all the gear. Well stocked with all the necessities, even sleds and games for the kids and a shovel for the porch. The only suggestion would be to have salt for the steps, they were solid ice all weekend. Highly recommend! We will revisit in the future! And

Sugar Mountain

Unit is very convenient to the ski mountain, the sharing rink and the tubing facility. Very good size unit for a family vacation. Unit is well stocked with coffee, spices and lots of dishes, pans, pots, etc.

Sugar Mountain Ski Trip 2025

LOVED this property! So close to the ski lodge, easy walk, great view. Having access to a locker was an amazing bonus and very much appreciated. The condo was one of the most well stocked vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. We ate in for most meals and were easily able to find all necessary kitchen tools. The layout was perfect, beds comfortable and bathrooms well stocked. The owner was great with communication and check in/check out was very easy. Giving this a 10 thumbs up, would definitely return.

Great Place

Owner was great, eveything was great except parking which they don't have control over. The parking was always full and very hard to find a parking place close and not easy to get into and out of for a large SUV. Saying that I would still stay here again because everything else was just as described, and the owner was very helpful with everything.

Great condo and perfect location!

The condo is very spacious, clean and fully stocked. Tim, the owner, was very responsive and so helpful with questions. The condo is walking distance to the ski slopes and tubing. Also, the owners let us use their locker at the slopes which made storing the ski gear so easy. Overall, we highly recommend this condo and will definitely be back!

Fantastic location and really nice unit - the kitchen is larger in person.

Great experience. Condo is right across the street from the resort - easy walk. Uphill but short. The owner locker at the resort is a game changer - it allows you to keep ski equipment at the resort overnight - very helpful. Host really thought of everything- condo is very well appointed. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great Place!!

My husband and I went with our extended family for a week vacation, and we had a great time. The condo was the perfect size for us. It was close to the slopes, which made it easy to go skiing when we wanted. The kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to enjoy dinner around the table together with only having to buy our groceries when we got there. Tim answered every question I had and even gave us some pointers and tips about different things! We also loved sledding down hole #5 which was super close to the condo as well! Only small problem was that there were some dog hairs floating around which would end up on clothes, but other than that, it was an excellent place to stay!

Great location and beautiful condo

This condo has everything. It had so many perks that many places do not offer. Very clean and cozy! The ski resort is just minutes from the condo. We loved having the locker to use so we didn’t have to carry our rentals back. The host was amazing, responded quickly to our questions and made our stay wonderful. Would definitely go back!

The location of this property is amazing. It is 5 minute walk to Sugar mountain ski resort. The ice skating link is even closer. This place is really well equipped and it was perfect for our family trip.

Amazing property and perfect location!

The condo and surrounding neighborhood are gorgeous. The condo is in a beautiful and peaceful area and was extremely clean and comfortable. The owner provided extras that we usually don’t see in other properties. The bathrooms were stocked with brand new toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrushes, makeup wipes etc. The kitchen was also completely stocked with everything including 3 different coffee makers (Kuerig, regular drip & French Press)...as coffee lovers we really appreciated this. The location is perfect as you’re close to everything this area has to offer and is a great base for exploring Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be making a return trip!
