Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed here previously , fully fenced and as we have 2 dogs this was a prime consideration.The property is well maintained, spacious and comfortable.

Advising me after I’ve left that there is no linen, towels, hot water or basic items such as paper towels, hair dryer etc is not acceptable when you have paid a high price to enjoy the comforts of a home. I don’t expect to have to camp in a house after a 8 hour drive when I could have stayed at a motel where such basic items as above would have been provided.

I made a complaint to stayz and asked for assistance

The property manager moved me from this property to a different property that was not suitable or in any way similar to this. I contacted stayz and spoke to jan and then her supervisor and was told as elders had gone rouge stayz was unable to help me. I left the property as it was unsafe. Totally unacceptable experience and will not use stayz again

Very Disappointing!!!

The agent was dishonest. She promised to refund the cleaning fee as the BBQ and stove were greasy, the hot water tap in kitchen didn't work and the domestic garbage bin overflowed on the front footpath and stayed that way for our 5 day stay. The garage door was broken resulting in an open garage for our holiday and builders next door left us with a dust covered car. With no response and false promises from Clarence Holiday Coast Real Estate we would avoid using them again.

I don't usually respond to keyboard warriors, the mentality being what it usually is, but in this instance I feel I need to. What some visitors to our small town don't seem to realise is that Wooli is quite remote, which is part of it's appeal, and when things do go wrong, we do our utmost to remedy the situation. Thankyou for reporting the issue with the garage door, tradesmen have come from 50kms away and repaired the problem, but unfortunately this could not be booked in during your stay. On a positive note, at least your car was undercover for the duration of your stay. Regarding the council bin issue, we only get a fortnightly collection for waste and recycling, so maybe you need to take your complaint to our local council. I am sure they will appreciate your constructive criticism. Thank you also for returning your keys to the property by putting them under a huge terracotta pot outside our office despite a large fluoro sign on the key return safe, 1 metre away, that stated "Please Return Keys Here". Just to let you know a key was broken by your actions but we replaced it at no cost to you. Thank you for your review, innacurate as it is. We pride ourselves on the overwhelmingly positive reviews by our thousands of guests annually. But for the 0.1% who you will never satisfy, I stand by the old saying that you can't fix stupid.

Weekend break

House very suitable for 2 couples Loved listening to the waves all night Didn't appreciate the outside blind banging all night in the wind, nor power being off 9am to 6pm (town-wide shut-down) nor needing a bucket to flush the toilets... The bucket, however, had a large crack, increasing the challenge!
